Even though I absolutely love using all of The Body Shop Cherries & Cheer range, i’ve been trying to ration it out, as I usually find it extremely hard to find a Cherry-scented Body Care range that I actually like. That’s why when I saw that Tales of Toria had released a Cherry Slushie range whilst I was scrolling through Instagram a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to hop on to their Website and check everything out. Well after checking everything out, I eventually picked up a Cherry Slushie Massage & Exfoliating Soap Sponge, and a Tub of Cherry Slushie Whipped Soap, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.
Here’s what Tales of Toria say about both delicious smelling products.
The Tales of Toria Cherry Slushy Massage & Exfoliation Soap Sponge.
A fruity Cherry fragrance enlivened by Raspberry and fizzy Orange. Our Soap Sponges are filled with Soap so are hard to begin with but when wet will soften.
How to use.
Simply wet the entire Sponge and use to wash. Let the Sponge dry out in between uses.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Glycerin, Water, Sodium Stearate, Propylene Glycol, Sorbitol, Sodium Laurate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate, Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Pentasodium Pentetate, Fragrance, and CI 77742, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly sour Cherry scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of Cherry Slushie on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had held it under some running Water for a couple of seconds and had started to massage it into my Skin, it started to release lots of incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly frothy Shower Gel that spread really easily across my Body. I also really liked that because it had a harder and rougher side as well as a softer side, that I could give my Skin a slight bit of exfoliation whilst I was massaging it into my Skin.
it’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly sour Cherry for hours after i had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came wrapped in a really thin and secure piece of Plastic that kept the Sponge really fresh until I was ready to use it.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Glycerin, Water, Sorbitol, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate, Sodium Chloride, Phenoxyethanol, Tetrasodium EDTA, Fragrance, Apricot Kernal Oil, Polysorbate 80, Kaolin, Polyurethane-11, and CI 45380, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly sour Cherry scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of Cherry Slushie on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Whipped Soap, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Body Butter rather than a thick and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous Whipped Soap.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Body Butter into a thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Shower Butter that spread really easily across my Body.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly sour Cherry for hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Plastic Tub with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Tales of Toria Cherry Slushie Massage & Exfoliating Soap Sponge a nine out of ten, and the Tales of Toria Cherry Slushie Whipped Soap a nine out of ten. I really liked the Tales of Toria Cherry Slushie Massage & Exfoliating Soap Sponge, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly sour Cherry scent, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had contained some kind of Exfoliating Acid, like Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid, or maybe even Salicylic Acid to give my Skin an even deeper amount of exfoliation. I really liked the Tales of Toria Cherry Slushie Whipped Soap, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly sour Cherry scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Cherry.
