Even though I practically live off of Cold Brew Tea during the Summer, sometimes I just can’t be bothered to make it, as with cleaning out my Cold Brew Tea Bottle, choosing one of the various different Teas that I own, filling it back up again, and then actually remembering to put it in the right section of the Fridge so that no one accidentally drinks it, it’s a lot of work. That’s why when I saw that Whittard of Chelsea had released a Pink Lemonade Instant Tea that allows you to make a refreshing Glass of Ice Tea in just seconds whilst I was out Shopping a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been drinking it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Sweet, tangy and a delightful rosy hue, our Pink Lemonade Instant Tea is a twist on the summertime classic. We’re actually rather partial to a Pitcher of it loaded with Ice and Lemon Slices.
One sip and you’ll be transported back to Afternoons spent picnicking in the Park under the warm Summer Sun… It’s a true taste of nostalgia!

Number of servings ,using 3 heaped Teaspoons per Mug, 450g equates to 22 Mugs.
Serving suggestion, enjoy hot or iced.

It’s brewing instructions.
I really liked it’s brewing instructions, as it said that you were supposed to stir in three heaped Teaspoons to a Mug of hot or cold Water until it had all dissolved, which I thought was the perfect way to brew it, as when I did none of the Powder stuck to the Spoon and blended into the Water seamlessly. I did however notice that I had to give it a good five minutes to infuse into the Water if I was using cold Water though, as otherwise I only really noticed it’s taste once I had gotten about half way down the Mug.
It’s taste.
I absolutely loved it’s taste, as even though it contained Sugar, Citric Acid, Flavouring, Black Tea Extract, and Colour 163, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sweet Pink Lemonade taste to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of Pink Lemonade that’s been garnished with some freshly picked Strawberries on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Cardboard Tub with a rubberised Plastic Lid that kept all of it’s Powder really fresh until I was ready to use it.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Whittard of Chelsea Pink Lemonade Instant Tea an eight point five out of ten. I absolutely loved how easy it was to brew, it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sweet Pink Lemonade taste, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had tasted a little bit more of Lemon.
