I can usually go three or four days between washing my Hair, but during the Summer it tends to get incredibly oily and greasy within about 24 hours, which means that I have to unfortunately wash it every other day. That’s why when I saw that The Body Shop had released a Fuji Green Tea™ Haircare range that includes a Fuji Green Tea™ Scrub Shampoo, a Fuji Green Tea™ Refreshingly Purifying Shampoo, and a Fuji Green Tea™ Refreshingly Hydrating Conditioner and claims to cleanse and remove impurities like Dust, Smoke and Sweat from your Hair whilst I was picking up a Jar of their Japanese Matcha Tea Pollution Clearing Mask a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Chloride, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Water, Butylene Glycol, Octyldodecanol, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance, Caprylyl Glycol, Menthol, Honey, Linalool, Limonene, Citric Acid, Tea Plant Leaf Extract, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, CI 19140, and CI 42090, I thought that it had a delicious deep and grassy yet ever so slightly floral Green Tea scent to it that kind of reminded me of a massive Mug of freshly brewed Green Tea.

It’s consistency

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Scrub Shampoo, I thought that it felt incredibly harsh and gritty yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly harsh and gritty yet ever so slightly balmy Body Scrub rather than a thick and frothy yet ever so slightly gritty Scrub Shampoo.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Hair, it turned from an incredibly harsh and gritty yet ever so slightly balmy Body Scrub into a thick and frothy Shampoo with little pieces of grit in it that spread really easily through my Hair.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Hair feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking really shiny, extremely volumised and smelling of delicious deep and grassy yet ever so slightly floral Green Tea for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Plastic Tub with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea™ Refreshingly Purifying Shampoo.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Citric Acid, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Propylene Glycol, Ammonium Hydroxide, Sodium Chloride, Fragrance, Sodium Benzoate, Hexylene Glycol, Polyquaternium-10, PPG-5-Ceteth-20, Salicylic Acid, Linalool, Limonene, Tea Plant Leaf Extract, Honey, Sodium Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Sodium Hydroxide, and Potassium Sorbate, I thought that it had a delicious deep and grassy yet ever so slightly floral Green Tea scent to it that kind of reminded me of a massive Mug of freshly brewed Green Tea.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Conditioner, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Body Lotion rather than a thick and heavy yet ever so slightly creamy Conditioner.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Hair, it turned from an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Body Lotion into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Conditioner that spread really easily through my Hair.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Hair feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking really shiny, extremely volumised and smelling of delicious deep and grassy yet ever so slightly floral Green Tea for hours after I had used it.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Plastic Bottle with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea™ Scrub Shampoo a nine out of ten, The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea™ Refreshingly Purifying Shampoo an eight point five out of ten, and The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea™ Refreshingly Hydrating Conditioner an eight point five out of ten. I really liked The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea™ Scrub Shampoo, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and grassy yet ever so slightly floral Green Tea scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I did think that it was a little bit on the expensive side for what was essentially just a Hair Scrub. I really liked The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea™ Refreshingly Purifying Shampoo, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and grassy yet ever so slightly floral Green Tea scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it’s delicious deep and grassy yet ever so slightly floral Green Tea scent had lasted in my Hair for a little bit longer. I really liked The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea™ Refreshingly Hydrating Conditioner, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and grassy yet ever so slightly floral Green Tea scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it’s delicious deep and grassy yet ever so slightly floral Green Tea scent had lasted in my Hair for a little bit longer.
