The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Range Review

Hi all my wonderful readers. I hope you’re all having a brilliant day.

As you may know, a few weeks ago I went to two The Body Shop events. Well when I was there, I managed to pick up most of the new Fuji Green Tea range, and I thought i would share what I thought of them with you.

Here’s what I managed to pick up.

Fuji Green Tea Shower Gel.

Fuji Green Tea Bath Infuser.

Fuji Green Tea Bath Tea.

Fuji Green Tea Body Butter.

Fuji Green Tea Body Scrub.

Fuji Green Tea Body Sorbet.

Fuji Green Tea Eau De Cologne.

Fuji Green Tea Exfoliating Soap.

As you can see, I pretty much have the entire Fuji Green Tea range. I may have gone a little over board, but I love tea, and smelling of it is a dream come true. The only one I didn’t manage to get was the Fuji Green Tea Body Lotion.

I’ll start with the overall scent, and then move onto the individual products.

The smell is just a nice clean fragrance. It’s nice and light, not too overpowering. The best way I can describe it is, picture having a relaxing cup of green tea on a moderately warm day outside with a little cool sea breeze. That’s the scent. It’s perfect for both men and women.

That’s the amazing scent, let me move onto the individual products.

The Shower Gel is a creamy foamy delight. It’s perfect for those days that you really don’t want to wake up. It’s got an extremely fresh scent but it’s not too in your face like the pink grapefruit can be.

The next are the bath tea and infuser. I did think this was a little strange when I heard about it, but it’s actually quite interesting. It’s basically like a bubble bar. You put some of the incredible cool little bits of green tea into the infuser, and hang it over your tap. The water then flows through the infuser and gets scented with the wonderfully fragrant green tea. You then have a bath full of lovely green tea scented water. It’s a nice delicate scent, very florally but at the same time very tea smelling. It wasn’t as strong as I thought it would be, but it was still extremely strong.

The Body Butter was extremely creamy, but not greasy. It’s perfect for those days that your skin needs some major rehydration. The scent is actually quite strong with this one, but it’s still not too overpowering.

The Body Scrub is actually quite unique. Instead of having little microbeads, it has little pieces of green tea. It’s nice and delicate. You get a decent scrubbing but it’s not too abrasive. The smell is nice and light but you still notice it.

The Body Sorbet is quite like the body butter except it’s much lighter. It’s perfect for the summer when you want to keep your skin hydrated, but you don’t want anything too heavy. This packs a massive scen. You can smell it on yourself all day. A little added bonus to this is that, if it’s really hot you can stick it in the fridge for a nice little cool down.

The Eau De Cologne is really nice. It’s got that fresh light scent so it’s perfect for both men and women. It’s light and delicate, but it’s got that much of a scent payoff that you can’t stop smelling yourself.

The last product I got was the Exfoliating Soap. It’s a nice soap with little bits of tea embedded in it. It’s meant to give you a little bit of a scrub while you wash your hands. It’s also extremely creamy at the same time as having all that tea in it. My hands have never been as soft after I wash my hands. It gives you the convenience of cleaning your hands as well as keeping them looking their best..

Overall I am extremely impressed with the Fuji Green Tea range. It gives me the opportunity to smell like one of my favourite things in the world. Now i’m not too sure on whether or not this is a temporary or a permanent range. There are a few rumours that it may be permanent, but if it isn’t I urge you to get your hands on some of the range while you can.

If you want to purchase any of the new Fuji Green Tea range, you can either buy it in store, or online here.

Have you tried anything from the new Fuji Green Tea range? If yes what did you try? What did you think of it? Please let me know down below.
