I’m absolutely loving how excited the nation is getting about the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee next month, especially some of the Brands that are also getting involved too. That’s why when I saw that The Yorkshire Soap Company had released their 70th Jubilee range that contains three delicious smelling Soaps that have all been inspired by some of the Queen’s favourite things whilst I was out Shopping a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Block of the Gin & Tonic Jubilee Soap, a Block of the Highland Games Jubilee Soap, and a Block of the Rose Garden Jubilee Soap, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

The Yorkshire Soap Company Gin & Tonic Jubilee Soap.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Stearate, Sorbitol, Sucrose, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Laurate, Glycerin, Sodium Myristate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Titanium Dioxide, Pentasodium Pentetate, Tetrasodium Etidronate, Linalool, Limonene, Geraniol, Citronellol, CI 51319, CI 21108, and CI 74160, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly grassy Gin & Tonic scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of Gin & Tonic with Ice and a Slice on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had held it under some running Water for a couple of seconds and had started to massage it into my Skin, it started to create an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous lather that spread really easily across my Hands.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Hands feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left them smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly grassy Gin & Tonic for at least ten minutes after I had used it.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Stearate, Sorbitol, Sucrose, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Laurate, Glycerin, Sodium Myristate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Titanium Dioxide, Pentasodium Pentetate, Tetrasodium Etidronate, Cinnamic Aldehyde, Amyl Cinnamic Aldehyde, Benzyl Salicylate, Cinnamic Alcohol, Citral, Citronellol, Coumarin, Eugenol, Geraniol, Hexyl Cinnamic Aldehyde, Hydroxycitronellol, Limonene, Linalool, CI 51319, and CI 74160, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly masculine Sage and Patchouli scent to it that kind of reminded me of walking through a very muddy Field on a very chilly Autumn Afternoon.

What it did when I used it.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had held it under some running Water for a couple of seconds and had started to massage it into my Skin, it started to create an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous lather that spread really easily across my Hands.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Hands feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left them smelling of delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly fruity Rose for at least ten minutes after I had used it.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate The Yorkshire Soap Company Gin & Tonic Jubilee Soap a nine out of ten, The Yorkshire Soap Company Highland Games Jubilee Soap a nine out of ten, and The Yorkshire Soap Company Rose Garden Jubilee Soap a nine point five out of ten. I really liked The Yorkshire Soap Company Gin & Tonic Jubilee Soap, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly grassy Gin & Tonic sent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Gin. I really liked The Yorkshire Soap Company Highland Games Jubilee Soap, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly masculine Sage and Patchouli scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it was part of their main range. I really liked The Yorkshire Soap Company Rose Garden Jubilee Soap, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly fruity Rose scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it was also available in some other products like a Candle, a Face Mask, or maybe even a Fragrance.
