I’m Off For A Pint With My Dad In Yorkshire | The Yorkshire Soap Company Father’s Day 2021 Range

I really like it whenever The Yorkshire Soap Company releases one of their limited edition ranges like their Easter, Mother’s Day or Christmas ranges, as I absolutely love seeing what cool and quirky 3D Soaps they’ve managed to come up with. That’s why when I saw that they had released their Father’s Day 2021 range whilst I was out shopping a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to check it out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a bar of the Lager Novelty Soap, and a Bottle of the Lager Foaming Bath Salts, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

Here’s what The Yorkshire Soap Company say about both really cool and quirky products.

Our Pint of Lager fragrance is clean, fruity and buttery. Designed to give you an authentic freshly pulled Pint feel, without queuing at the Bar!

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Stearate, Glycerin, Sucrose, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sorbitol, Sodium Laurate, Sodium Myristate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Pentasodium Pentetate,Tetrasodium Etidronate, Fragrance, Titanium Dioxide, and CI 19040, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Lager scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a Can of Lager.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had held it under some running Water for a couple of seconds and had started to massage it into my Skin, it started to create an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly barmy lather that spread really easily across my Hands.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Lager for at least ten minutes after I had used it.

It’s scent.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Dead Sea Salt, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, and Fragrance, I thought that it had a very overpowering sour and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy and alcoholic Lager scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you walk into an old abandoned Pub.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it ever so slightly fizzed and frothed for a couple of seconds before releasing little shards of Dead Sea Salt all over the surface of the Water that eventually dissolved and left behind some incredibly silky soft and ever so slightly frothy Water.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of very overpowering sour and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy and alcoholic Lager for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Amber Glass Beer Bottle with a metallic Gold Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate The Yorkshire Soap Company Lager Novelty Soap an eight point five out of ten, and The Yorkshire Soap Company Lager Foaming Bath Salts a seven out of ten. I really liked The Yorkshire Soap Company Lager Novelty Soap, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Lager scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but as I can’t usually stand the taste or the smell of Lager, I found that it’s scent kind of got on my nerves after a while. I really liked The Yorkshire Soap Company Lager Foaming Bath Salts, as I absolutely loved what this did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I unfortunately just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very overpowering sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy and alcoholic Lager scent.
