One of my favourite things to do, especially when i’m feeling a little bit stressed and need to relax, definitely has to be to run a nice hot Bath and use some kind of Bath Bomb, Bath Melt, or Bubble Bar. That’s why when I saw that The Yorkshire Soap Company had released a Moon Cake Bath Bomb range that contains a range of ten delicious smelling Bath Bombs that all contain Apricot Oil to leave you with silky soft Skin whilst I was out Shopping a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pop in and check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Blackcurrant Moon Cake Bath Bomb, a Juicy Orange Moon Cake Bath Bomb, and a Strawberries & Cream Moon Cake Bath Bomb, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

Its scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate, Potassium Bitartrate, Apricot Kernel Oil, Fragrance, Geraniol, Citral, Linalool, Isoeugenol, Citronellol, CI 45100, and CI 42090, I thought that it had a delicious deep and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Blackcurrant scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of Blackcurrant Cordial on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful vivid Purple and gorgeous bright Pink all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended together to turn my entire Bath a stunning dark Purple colour.,

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Blackcurrant for hours after I had used it.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate, Potassium Bitartrate, Apricot Kernel Oil, Fragrance, Limonene, Citral, Oakmoss Resin, CI 42015, and CI 19140, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly bitter Orange scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of freshly squeezed Orange Juice on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.

What it did when i used it.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Disodium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate, Potassium Bitartrate, Apricot Kernel Oil, Fragrance, Amyl Cinnamic Aldehyde, Linalool, Alpha Iso Methyl Ionene, Benzyl Salicylate, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Cinnamate, and CI 16035, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Strawberries and Cream scent to it that kind of reminded me of eating a massive Bowl of Strawberries and Cream on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright Red and gorgeous bright White all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended together to turn my entire Bath a stunning bright Red colour.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Strawberries and Cream for hours after I had used it.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate The Yorkshire Soap Company Blackcurrant Moon Cake Bath Bomb a nine out of ten, The Yorkshire Soap Company Juicy Orange Moon Cake Bath Bomb a nine out of ten, and The Yorkshire Soap Company Strawberries & Cream Moon Cake Bath Bomb an eight out of ten. I really liked The Yorkshire Soap Company Blackcurrant Moon Cake Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Blackcurrant scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Blackcurrant. I really liked The Yorkshire Soap Company Juicy Orange Moon Cake Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly bitter Orange scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Orange.
