I absolutely love having a silky soft, smooth and hydrated Beard, but sometimes when my Beard is feeling particularly dry and rough, I don’t know whether or not it’s best to use a Beard Oil or a Beard Butter. That’s why when I saw that Thirty 1 Oils had released a Sherbet Zombie Beard Hybrid that claims to be a cross between a Beard Oil and a Beard Butter whilst I was scrolling through Instagram a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to hop on to their Website and pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Here’s what Thirty 1 Oils say about their Sherbet Zombie Beard Hybrid.
New and improved formula!
Our Beard Hybrid has been specifically formulated with Oils rich in nutrients such as Coconut and Sweet Almond Oils and Vitamins such as Sunflower Oil to hydrate your Skin and Beard Hair giving it all day moisture. The thicker viscosity of the Oil allows it to penetrate deep into the Skin and Beard Follicles, with the Oils and Butters, Kokum, Shea and Aloe, trapping in moisture to keep your Pores and the Hair Follicles nourished and hydrated all day long. The performance of this product cannot be overstated. Check it out for yourself to find out.
It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Castor Seed Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Kokum Seed Butter, Shea Butter, Aloe Vera Leaf Juice, Sweet Almond Oil, Caprylic /Capric Triglyceride, Tocopherol, and Fragrance, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly musky Lemon Sherbet scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had crushed up an entire Packet of Lemon Sherbet Sweets.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Beard Hybrid, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and waxy yet ever so slightly creamy, and was more like an incredibly thick and waxy yet ever so slightly creamy Beard Balm rather than a thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Beard Hybrid.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Beard, it turned from an incredibly thick and waxy yet ever so slightly creamy Beard Balm into a thick and oily yet ever so slightly creamy Beard Oil that spread really easily through my Beard.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Beard and the Skin underneath and around it feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy, thicker, fuller, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking extremely shiny, much healthier and smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly musky Lemon Sherbet for hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s packaging, as even though this came in a short cylindrical Plastic Bottle with a Nozzle Applicator that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves, because of it’s incredibly thick and waxy yet ever so slightly creamy consistency, I found it rather hard to get any out of it’s Bottle and would have preferred it if it had come in some kind of a Plastic Tub or Metal Tin.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Thirty 1 Oils Sherbet Zombie Beard Hybrid an eight point five out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly musky Lemon Sherbet scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had come in some kind of a Plastic Tub or Metal Tin instead of in a Plastic Bottle with a Nozzle Applicator.
