I absolutely love Candles, but one of my favourite Candle Brands definitely has to be WoodWick Candles, as I utterly adore the soothing crackling sound that they make. That’s why when I saw that they had released a Phantom Cherry whilst I was scrolling through their Website a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been burning it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Here’s what WoodWick Candles say about their Phantom Cherry.
Deep in the Black Forest, a dark and sumptuous aroma fills the Air with sweetness. A spectrum haunting quality permeates through the Trees with scents of Dark Cherry, Amberwood, Cashmere and Smoked Vanilla. WoodWick Candles Phantom Cherry also contains top notes of Dark Cherry, Raspberry and Rhubarb, heart notes of Amberwood, Moss, Crushed Clove and Tonka Bean, and base notes of Cashmere, Smoked Vanilla, Creamy Sandalwood and Milk Musk.
It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Raspberry, Crushed Clove, and Creamy Sandalwood, I thought that it had a delicious deep and fruity yet ever so slightly woody Cherry scent to it that kind of reminded me of walking through a Forest whilst holding a boiling hot Cup of Black Forest Hot Chocolate on a freezing cold Winter’s Day. I could definitely smell the Dark Cherry, Raspberry, Amberwood, Moss, Crushed Clove, and Cashmere, as I thought that they were all what gave it it’s delicious deep and fruity yet ever so slightly woody Cherry scent, but I couldn’t really smell any of the Rhubarb, Tonka Bean, Smoked Vanilla, Creamy Sandalwood, or Milk Musk, as I thought that all of the other scents kind of overpowered them a little.
It’s scent throw.
I really liked it’s scent throw, as this managed to fill my Room and the entire top floor of my House with it’s delicious deep and fruity yet ever so slightly woody Cherry scent that lasted for hours even after I had blown it out.
It’s burn time.
It said that you were supposed to get up to 60 hours of burn time out of this, but as I always kept my Wick trimmed, I easily got at least 75 hours of delicious deep and fruity yet ever so slightly woody Cherry scent out of it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a really thick tall hourglass shaped Jar with a Wooden Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Candle Shelf.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the WoodWick Candles Phantom Cherry a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and fruity yet ever so slightly woody scent, it’s scent throw, it’s burn time, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was part of their main range and that it was also a little bit easier to get hold of.
