One of the products that started my obsession with Japanese and Korean Skincare definitely has to be Milky and Hydrating Toners, as I just love how silky smooth, calm and hydrated they leave my Skin feeling. That’s why when I saw that LookFantastic had released a The K-Beauty Edit that contained a Bottle of the Anua Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner that claims to leave you with silky smooth, soothed, brighter and hydrated Skin whilst I was scrolling through their Website a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

How to use.
After thoroughly cleansing your Face, apply the Toner using a Cotton Pad or your Fingertips. Gently pat all over the Face. It may be used both in the Morning and at Night.
It’s scent.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Rice Bran Water, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Dipropylene Glycol, Niacinamide, Propanediol, Water, 1,2-Hexanediol, Methyl Gluceth-20, Panthenol, Betaine, Rice Extract, Hydroxyacetophenone, Diphenyl Dime thicone, Triethylhexanoin, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Adenosine, Ethylhexylglycerin, Carbomer, Tromethamine, Xanthan Gum. Glyceryl Acrylate/Acrylic Acid Copolymer, Cocoa Seed Extract, Sodium Hyaluronate, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Hyaluronic Acid, Dextrin, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, Rice Seed Protein, Ceramide NP, Sodium Lauroyi Lactylate, Arbutin, Ascorbic Acid, Allantoin, Ceramide AP, Phytosphingosine, Cholesterol, and Ceramide EOP, I thought that it had a very strange deep and nutty yet ever so slightly creamy Rice and Milk scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had poured an entire Glass of Whole Milk over a massive Bowl of freshly steamed White Rice.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Milky Toner, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly milky, and was more like an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly milky Facial Essence rather than a thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Milky Toner.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had poured a little bit of it on to a Reusable Cotton Round and had started to swipe it across my Face, it turned from an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly milky Facial Essence into a thin and milky yet ever so slightly watery Milky Toner that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky smooth, soft, soothed, calm, refreshed, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, clear, a little bit brighter and much healthier for hours after I had used it. I also really liked that it didn’t manage to irritate the Patches of Eczema that I get underneath my Eyes.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Plastic Bottle with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Anua Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly milky consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very strange deep and nutty yet ever so slightly creamy Rice and Milk scent.
