One of my favourite scents, especially when it comes to Candles, definitely has to be the smell of a freshly squeezed Lemon, as I absolutely love it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sour Lemon scent. That’s why when I saw that DW Home Candles had released a Fresh Lemon whilst I was scrolling through TK Maxx’s Website a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been burning it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Fresh Lemon Fruit combines with tart Citrus Peel.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Fresh Lemon Fruit and Tart Citrus Peel, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly creamy Lemon scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you mix together some Lemon Juice with some Cream to make the filling for a Lemon Meringue Pie.

It’s scent throw.

I really liked it’s scent throw, as this managed to fill both my Room and the entire top floor of my House with it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly creamy Lemon scent that lasted for hours even after I had blown it out.

It’s burn time.

It said that you were supposed to get up to 90 hours of burn time out of this, but as I always kept my Wick trimmed, I easily got at least 120 hours of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly creamy Lemon scent out of it.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the DW Home Candles Fresh Lemon a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly creamy Lemon scent, it’s scent throw, and it’s burn time, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Lemon and that it was also a little bit easier to get hold of..
