Having Refined Skin On Australia’s Bondi Beach | Sand & Sky Australian Pink Clay Porefining Face Mask

Whenever my Skin is feeling particularly dry, rough and clogged, I love nothing more than slathering it in some kind of Clay Mask and letting it get to work whilst I relax and watch TV for ten or fifteen minutes. That’s why when I saw that Beauty Bay had released a The Breakout Box that contained a Jar of the Sand & Sky Australian Pink Clay Porefining Face Mask that claims to draw out impurities, toxins and pollutants from the Skin whilst I was scrolling through their Website a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

A short cylindrical bright Pink glass jar full of some creamy pink liquid with a bright pink plastic face mask brush coming out of the top of it that has Sand & Sky Australian Pink Clay Porefining Face Mask written in bold white writing on it, on a white background.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Kaolin, Water, Bentonite, Aloe Vera Leaf Juice, Kakadu Plum Fruit Extract, Old Man’s Weed Extract, Liquorice Root Extract, Retinyl Palmitate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Kelp Extract, Witch Hazel Bark/Twig Extract, Pomegranate Sterols, Mangosteen Fruit Extract, Rosemary Leaf Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Dehydroacetic Acid, Lactic Acid, Fragrance, Glycerin, Benzyl Alcohol, Limonene, and CI 77491, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and nutty yet ever so slightly floral Marzipan scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you start to roll out a massive Block of Marzipan.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Clay Face Mask, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Night Cream rather than a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Clay Face Mask.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Night Cream into a thick and balmy yet ever so slightly chalky Clay Face Mask that set within a matter of seconds.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, matte, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, clear and much healthier for at least an entire 24 hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Glass Jar with a metallic screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves. I also really liked that it came with a miniature Face Mask Brush, that even though I thought was pretty pointless as I like to apply my Face Masks with my Fingers, was still really nice to be included.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Sand & Sky Australian Pink Clay Porefining Face Mask a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and nutty yet ever so slightly floral Marzipan scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I unfortunately just can’t justify spending nearly £37 on a Face Mask as I think that there’s some other Pore refining Face Masks currently on the market that do a similar job for a lot less money..
