I don’t know why, but for the past week and a half i’ve had a strange patch of Dry Skin underneath my Left Eye that doesn’t seem to want to go away no matter what I do. That’s why when I saw that Beauty Bay had released a The Hydration Box that contained a Tub of Florence by Mills Surfing Under The Eyes Hydrating Treatment Gel Pads that claims to leave you with incredibly silky soft, soothed and hydrated Under Eyes whilst I was scrolling through their Website last year, I obviously had to pick it up. Well I finally used one of them the other night, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Here’s what Florence by Mills say about their Surfing Under The Eyes Hydrating Treatment Gel Pads.
Always clean, Vegan and Cruelty-Free.
Surf’s up on these High-Tide Wave Gel Patches rippling in some serious hydration. They deliver a surge of Hydrolysed Hyaluronic Acid to help hydrate and visibly plump, while a sustainably sourced blend of Adaptogen and Survivalist Plants helps revive the Skin’s Natural Moisture Barrier. So, grab a Surfboard and get ready to treat your Under Eyes!
How to use.
Place a pair of Waves under the Eyes. Leave on for ten to fifteen minutes. Use two to three times a week.
Their scent.
I really liked their scent, as even though they contained Water, Glycerin, Carrageenan, Butylene Glycol, Siberian Ginseng Root Extract, Hydrolysed Hyaluronic Acid, Allantoin, Mushroom Extract, Swiss Century Root Extract, Golden Root Extract, Scots Pine Leaf Extract, Rose of Jericho Extract, Anise Fruit Extract, Arginine, Dextrin, Carob Gum, Guar Gum, Cyclodextrin, Ethyl Hexanediol, Hexylene Glycol, Calcium Chloride, Pentylene Glycol, Propanediol, Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Cellulose Gum, Potassium Chloride, Sucrose, Chlorphenesin, Hydroxyacetophenone, Betaine, 1,2-Hexanediol, Calcium Lactate, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Trehalose, Ethylhexylglycerin, Caprylyl Glycol, Castor Seed Oil, Sodium Phytate, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Benzoate, Polymethylsilsesquioxane, Silica, Polyglyceryl-10 Oleate, CI 77007, and CI 77891, I thought that they had a delicious fresh and oceanic yet ever so slightly zesty Seawater scent to them that kind of reminded me of splashing around in the Sea on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.
Their material.
I really liked their material, as these were made out of a very thick and squishy yet ever so slightly rubbery piece of Carrageenan that felt really soft against my Skin and didn’t rip when i tried to remove them from their Tub.
Their size.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of their size, as even though they managed to cover most of my Under Eye Area, because of their very cool Wave shape they unfortunately didn’t manage to reach the corners of my Under Eyes like most of the other Under Eye Pads that i’ve tried in the past have done.
What they did when I used them.
I really liked what these did when I used them, as once I had removed them from their packaging and had smooth them across my Under Eyes, they started to release lots of incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly gelatinous Facial Serum all over my Skin that eventually set and securely stuck the pieces of Carrageenan to my Under Eyes so that i could move around without worrying that they were going to fall off.
Their results.
I absolutely loved their results, as not only did these leave my Under Eyes feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, soothed, refreshed, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but they also left them looking extremely glowing, radiant, brighter and much healthier for at least an entire 24 hours after I had used them. I also really liked that they didn’t manage to irritate the Patches of Eczema that I get underneath my Eyes.
Their packaging.
I really liked their packaging, as these came in a very secure circular Plastic Tub that as well as keeping the Pads really fresh until I was ready to use them, also meant that none of their Serum leaked anywhere.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Florence by Mills Surfing Under The Eyes Hydrating Treatment Gel Pads an eight point five out of ten. I absolutely loved their incredibly fresh and oceanic yet ever so slightly zesty Seawater scent, their material, what they did when I used them, their results, and their packaging, but I just wish that they were available in the usual Yin-Yang Sign shape that most other Under Eye Pads are available in so that they had actually manage to reach the corners of my Eyes.
