I’ve been meaning to try some kind of Hypochlorous Acid Spray for ages now, but unfortunately every time I visit somewhere that might sell it, it somehow always seems to be out of stock. That’s why when I saw that Home Bargains had released a Hypochlorous Acid Spray that claims to leave you with soothed, balanced and hydrated Skin whilst I was out Shopping a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

How to use.
Spray liberally on to the Skin, leave for ten seconds and then dry off with a Cotton Wool Pad or allow to dry naturally.
It’s scent.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Sodium Chloride, and Hypochlorous Acid, I thought that it had a very strange astringent and chemical yet ever so slightly musky Chlorine scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a massive Bottle of Bleach.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had pressed down it’s Spray Pump Lid, it started to release a very powerful Mist of incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Cleansing Water all over my Face that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds.
It’s results.
I really liked it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, soothed, balanced, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, clear and much healthier for hours after I had used it. I also really liked that it didn’t manage to irritate the Patches of Eczema that I get underneath my Eyes.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Plastic Bottle with a Spray Pump Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Home Bargains Hypochlorous Acid Spray an eight out of ten. I absolutely loved what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very strange astringent and chemical yet ever so slightly musky Chlorine scent. I also wish that it had contained something to leave my Skin feeling a little bit more hydrated, as I noticed that it tended to completely dry out my Skin if I used it for too many days in a row.
