One of my favourite Festive Drinks this year definitely has to be the Costa Coffee Terry’s Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate, but obviously thanks to Covid19 and being in a Lockdown I can’t enjoy one as much as I would like to. Well after a little bit of experimenting i’ve come up with a way to make one at Home, and I thought that I would tell you how to make one too.

What you’ll need.
- 2 Tablespoons of Whittard Orange Flavoured Hot Chocolate.
- 215ml of Milk.
- A Can of Squirty Cream.
- 2 Teaspoons of Monin Orange Syrup.
- 10g of Grated Chocolate.
- 1 Segment of Terry’s Chocolate Orange Milk.
- A tall Microwavable Cup.
What to do.
1. Add the Milk to your Cup and put it in the Microwave for three minutes or until you think it’s hot enough.
2. Remove your Cup from the Microwave and stir in the Whittard Orange Flavoured Hot Chocolate until it has all dissolved.
3. Stir in a Teaspoon of the Monin Orange Syrup until it has all dissolved.
4. Shake your Bottle of Squirty Cream and squirt a liberal amount on top of your Hot Chocolate.
5. Sprinkle the Grated Chocolate over the Squirty Cream, drizzle over a Teaspoon of the Monin Orange Syrup and place the Segment of Terry’s Chocolate Orange Milk on top of the Squirty Cream and Syrup mixture.
There you go, that’s how to make a Costa Coffee Terry’s Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate at Home.

Also, if you’re like me and love anything White Chocolate, such as the recently released Terry’s Chocolate Orange White. You can replace the Whittard Orange Flavoured Hot Chocolate with the Whittard Luxury White Hot Chocolate, double the amount of Monin Orange Syrup and add a Segment of Terry’s Chocolate Orange White instead of Terry’s Chocolate Orange Milk to create a White Terry’s Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate.
Have you tried the Costa Coffee Terry’s Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate yet? What did you think of it? Are you a fan of White Chocolate too? Please let me know down below.

Hi,
Thanks for featuring our product in the recipe!
We highly recommend to swap our Orange syrup for our Triple Sec Curacao syrup which does not curdle at all in milk as opposed to the classic Orange one.
Although it takes its name from the famous liqueur, we are talking here about the syrup, which is a non-alcoholic version of Triple Sec.
Thanks for your comment, I’ll definitely keep it in mind the next time I make one.
