One of the things that I really look forward to checking out from Lush’s Christmas range definitely has to be all of the added extras, like their Skincare, Lip Care, Home Fragrance and Soap, as they’re actually some of the products that I use on a daily basis. That’s why when I went to the Lush Manchester Holiday 2024 Preview a couple of weeks ago to check out all of their Christmas 2024 range, I obviously had to stop by their Skincare, Lip Care, Home Fragrance & Soap Department to check out all of their delicious smelling Cleansers, Lip Scrubs, Lush Melts and Soap. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Hot Toddy Lush Melt, a Block of Intergalactic Soap, a Tub of Merry Figmas Cleanser, and a Jar of Merry Kissmas Lip Scrub, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.
Here’s what Lush say about all four delicious smelling products.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Illipe Butter, Cetearyl Olivate & Sorbitan Olivate, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Polysorbate 20, Silica, Glyceryl Stearate, Kokum Butter, Organic Shea Butter, Fragrance, Almond Oil, Benzoin Resinoid, Cinnamon Leaf Oil, Clove Leaf Oil, Lime Oil, Brazilian Orange Oil, Patchouli Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Castor Oil, Water, Benzyl Benzoate, Cinnamal, Coumarin, Eugenol, Hexyl Cinnamal, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 26100, Colour 45410:2, Colour 73360, Colour 77492, Colour 45410:1, Colour 47005:1, and Colour 15985:1, I thought that it had a delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly zesty Hot Toddy scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Mug of Hot Toddy on a freezing cold Winter’s Night.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it ever so slowly started to melt before releasing streams of beautiful bright Orange and gorgeous bright Red all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended together to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering burnt Orange colour.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly zesty Hot Toddy for hours after I had used it.
Its scent throw.
I really liked it’s scent throw, as one Cube managed to fill my entire Room with it’s delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly zesty Hot Toddy scent that lasted for hours even after I had stopped burning it.
It’s burn time.
It said that you were supposed to get up to 6 hours of burn time out of each individual Cube, but as I used an Electric Wax Melt Warmer, I easily got at least 10 hours of delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly zesty Hot Toddy scent out of it.
It’s packaging.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s packaging, as even though this came wrapped in a really thick piece of Recycled Paper that I thought looked really professional, I would have preferred it if it had come in some kind of a Plastic Tub or Tray.

It’s scent.
I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Fresh Mint Infusion, Rapeseed Oil, Coconut Oil, Glycerine, Propylene Glycol, Water, Rice Bran Oil, Fragrance, Fresh Grapefruit Juice, Peppermint Oil, Grapefruit Oil, Vetivert Oil, Cedarwood Oil, Cornstarch, Titanium Dioxide, Sodium Chloride, Citric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Bicarbonate, EDTA, Tetrasodium Etidronate, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Benzyl Benzoate, Citral, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 42090:2, Colour 45410:2, Colour 77491, Colour 42090, Colour 45410:1, and Colour 17200, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and minty yet ever so slightly zesty Peppermint scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a massive Packet of Peppermint Chewing Gum.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had held it under some running Water for a couple of seconds and had started to massage it into my Skin, it started to create a really thin and creamy yet ever so slightly oily lather that spread really easily across my Hands.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Hands feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left them smelling of delicious fresh and minty yet ever so slightly zesty Peppermint for at least fifteen minutes after I had used it.

It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Cleanser, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and stodgy yet ever so slightly gritty, and was more like an incredibly thick and stodgy yet ever so slightly gritty Solid Body Scrub rather than a thick and creamy yet ever so slightly gritty Cleanser.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and stodgy yet ever so slightly gritty Solid Body Scrub into a thin and gritty yet ever so slightly creamy Cleansing Paste that spread really easily across my Face.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky smooth, soft, calm, refreshed, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, clear, a little bit brighter and much healthier for hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Clear Plastic Tub with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had scooped a little bit of it out of it’s Jar and had started to rub it against my Skin, it started to release lots of little shards of oily Castor Sugar all over my Lips that eventually dissolved into a thin and buttery Lip Balm that set within a matter of seconds.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Lips feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left them tasting of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly alcoholic Cherry for at least ten minutes after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked its packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Glass Jar with a matte Plastic screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

I really liked the Lush Merry Kissmas Lip Scrub, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly alcoholic Cherry scent, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was part of their main range.
