I absolutely love Lush’s Body Sprays, because as well as them being available in a wide range of delicious smelling Fragrances, they also last a really long time on my Skin, and are half the price of their Perfumes for nearly seven times the quantity. That’s why when I was placing one of my recent Lush orders a couple of weeks ago, I thought that I would also pick up another one of their Body Sprays to add to my ever growing collection. Well after browsing their Website for a good half an hour, I eventually picked up the Dad’s Garden Lemon Tree Body Spray, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

A bittersweet Citrus Fragrance.

Scent description.

Sunshine dances across the Leaves as you linger under a Lemon Tree, reminiscing over a recently rekindled relationship. Sharp bursts of Lemon and Lime Oil balance out the sweetness of bright Bergamot Oil, while soothing Lavender delivers warmth after a long Winter. Cherish the sweet and the sour with every spritz!

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained DRF Alcohol, Water, Fragrance, Glycerin, Lemon Oil, Lime Oil, Bergamot Oil, Lavender Oil, Citral, Limonene, and Linalool, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly powdery Lemon scent to it that kind of reminded me of being sat in the Garden drinking a massive Glass of freshly made Lemonade on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.

It’s longevity.

I really liked how long this lasted on my Skin, as I sprayed a little bit of it on to my Wrists, Neck and Clothes when I was getting ready at about eight o’clock in the morning, and I could still faintly smell it on my Skin and Clothes when I returned home at about eight o’clock in the evening. I also really liked that it was one of those scents that eventually kind of blended into the background, as even though I could smell it all day, I kept getting little bursts of fresh fragrance every so often.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall Black Plastic Kitchen Spray Bottle with a very tough lockable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Lush Dad’s Garden Lemon Tree Body Spray a nine point five out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Lemon scent, it’s longevity, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had smelt even stronger as it’s actually quite difficult to find a Lemon scented Fragrance that lasts all day and doesn’t just disappear ten minutes after you’ve sprayed it.
