And Still there Never Seems To Be A Single Penny Left For Me | Lush Mr Wallet Body Spray

It’s no secret that i’m not a massive fan of sweet or gourmand Fragrances, but strangely some of the sweet, creamy and gourmand-smelling Fragrances that I actually like are from Lush. That’s why when I had heard that they had released a Mr Wallet Body Spray that claims to be a sweet and humbuggy Fragrance alongside their Core Perfume 2024 range, I obviously had to pop down to my local Lush store and pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Here’s what Lush say about their Mr Wallet Body Spray.

Get minted.
Get minted with this Sandalwood, Vanilla and Peppermint Perfume. It’s a sweet, humbuggy scent made with ingredients totally unlikely to attract luck and prosperity unless success in life is just down to belief…. Worth a try though, right?

What’s in it for you?

  • Gourmand, minty notes with plenty of sweet undertones, thanks to Vanilla and Peppermint.
  • Sandalwood and warm Sesame Seed add luxury and elegance.

Leaving the world lusher than we found it.

Organic Ethanol helps this Fragrance last longer on your Skin and supports Biodiversity on the Ground. It’s made from Regeneratively Farmed Sugar Cane produced with Renewable Energy in Brazil.

How to use.

Feeling lucky? Spritz all over the Body, avoiding the Underarm Area, and see whether this minty blend brings you good fortune.

How to store.

Store your Body Spray somewhere cool and out of direct Sunlight between uses.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Organic Alcohol Denat, Water, Fragrance, Glycerine, Sandlewood Oil, Vanilla Absolute, Sesame Seed Absolute, Peppermint Oil, Anise Alcohol, Benzyl Alcohol, Farnesol, and Limonene, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly minty Coconut and Peppermint scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had sprinkled a few drops of Peppermint Essential Oil over an entire Packet of Snowball Cakes.

It’s longevity.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of how long this lasted on my Skin, as I sprayed a little bit of it on to my Wrists, Neck and Clothes when I was getting ready at about eight o’clock in the Morning, and unfortunately it had totally disappeared from my Skin when I sat down to have my Lunch at about twelve-thirty in the Afternoon. I do notice that most creamy and gourmand scents don’t tend to last that long on my Skin though.

It’s packaging.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s packaging, as even though this came in a tall Black Plastic Kitchen Spray Bottle that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves, they’ve unfortunately recently changed the Spray Mechanism of their Body Spray Bottles so that once you’ve sprayed it it locks and you have to wait a couple of seconds before you can spray it again.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Lush Mr Wallet Body Spray a seven point five out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly minty Coconut and Peppermint scent, but I just wish that it had lasted a little bit longer on my Skin, and that it had also come in some easier to use packaging.
