I’ve recently noticed that my Skin has started to become a lot drier, so i’ve been retrying some of the products that I previously thought were too thick and heavy for my Skin. That’s why when I was repurchasing some of my favourite The Ordinary products a couple of weeks ago, I also remembered that they had released a Natural Moisturising Factors + HA, so I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Here’s what The Ordinary say about their Natural Moisturising Factors + HA.
Natural Moisturising Factors, NMF, are Elements that keep the outer layer of the Skin protected and well-hydrated. Natural Moisturising Factors are made up of multiple Amino Acids, Fatty Acids, Triglycerides, Urea, Ceramides, Phospholipids, Glycerin, Saccharides, Sodium PCA, Hyaluronic Acid and many other compounds that are naturally present in the Skin.
This formula offers non-greasy hydration that acts as a direct topical supplement of impaired Natural Moisturising Factor components. It contains 11 Amino Acids, Phospholipids, Alpha, Beta and Gamma Fatty Acids, Triglycerides, Sterols and Sterol Esters, Glycerin, Ceramide Precursors, Urea, Saccharides, Sodium PCA and Hyaluronic Acid. It offers immediate hydration and lasting results with continued use.
Directions.
Apply after Serums as needed for effective surface hydration. If irritation occurs, cease use and consult a Physician. Use only as directed on unbroken Skin. Patch testing prior to use is advised. Keep out of reach of Children.

It’s scent.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetyl Alcohol, Propanediol, Stearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Arginine, Aspartic Acid, Glycine, Alanine, Serine, Valine, Isoleucine, Proline, Threonine, Histidine, Phenylalanine, Glucose, Maltose, Fructose, Trehalose, Sodium PCA, PCA, Sodium Lactate, Urea, Allantoin, Linoleic Acid, Oleic Acid, Phytosteryl Canola Glycerides, Palmitic Acid, Stearic Acid, Lecithin, Triolein, Tocopherol, Carbomer, Isoceteth-20, Polysorbate 60, Sodium Chloride, Citric Acid, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Pentylene Glycol, Triethanolamine, Sodium Hydroxide, Phenoxyethanol, and Chlorphenesin, I thought that it had a very strange deep and musky yet ever so slightly nutty scent to it that kind of reminded me of the smell of Wet Cardboard.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Moisturiser, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Body Lotion rather than a thick and heavy yet ever so slightly creamy Moisturiser.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Body Lotion into a thin and light yet ever so slightly creamy Moisturiser that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, soothed, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant and much healthier too.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall flat conical Plastic Tube with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate The Ordinary Natural Moisturising Factors + HA a nine point five out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very strange deep and musky yet ever so slightly nutty Wet Cardboard scent.
