London Calling To The Faraway Towns | Lush Double Decker Bus Bath Bomb

Even though I don’t visit London as often as I should, one of the things that I love doing when i’m there is jumping on an iconic London Double Decker Bus and exploring all of the Landmarks that London has to offer. That’s why when I had heard that Lush Oxford Street had released an Exclusive Double Decker Bus Bath Bomb to celebrate all of the Torists that visit London throughout the year, I had to get my Hands on one somehow. So when Michelle very kindly offered to pick me one up whilst she was next visiting London, I of course said yes. Well I finally used it the other night, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Several medium rectangular bright red Double Decker bus shaped bath bombs that have a bright yellow panel that has London written in bright yellow writing on it surrounded by some dark red bath bomb dust inside a light wooden tray next to a round black cardboard sign that has Oxford Street Exclusive and Double Decker Bus Bath Bomb written in bold black writing inside a bright white rectangle on it, on a white background.

Here’s what Lush say about their Double Decker Bus Bath Bomb.

Take the Wheel, Bathers!
A capital Bath Bomb for a Capital City. Sunny Grapefruit and Orange Oils rush you back to the iconic Top Deck. Souvenir, sorted!

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cornstarch, Fragrance, Grapefruit Oil, Orange Oil, Water, Titanium Dioxide, Sodium Coco-Sulfate, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Propylene Glycol, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Tin Oxide, Limonene, Linalool, Benzyl Benzoate, Hydroxycitronellal, Colour 47005:1, Colour 14700, and Colour 17200, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Orange and Grapefruit scent to it that kind of reminded me of walking through an Orange and Grapefruit Grove on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright Red all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous bright Yellow all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful bright Red to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering Rosy Red colour.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Orange and Grapefruit for hours after I had used it

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Lush Double Decker Bus Bath Bomb a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly floral Orange and Grapefruit scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that they offered some more Store Exclusive Bath Bombs for different Cities around the UK, like a Bee shaped Bath Bomb for Manchester, a Daffodil shaped Bath Bomb for Wales, or maybe even a Rose shaped Bath Bomb for Yorkshire.
