Even though I didn’t really purchase anything from the Lush Eid Al-Fitr 2026 range, apart from a repurchase of the Salam Shower Gel as it was essentially the same products as last year, i’ve been really looking forward to seeing what they release as part of their Eid Al-Adha range and hoping that there were actually some new products for me to try. That’s why when I had heard that they had released an Eid Al-Adha 2026 range with some of the products being created by someone who works at Lush Portsmouth, I obviously had to pop down to my local Lush store and check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Hayl Massage Bar, and a Tub of Šipak Face Mask, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.
Here’s what Lush say about both amazing products.
The Lush Hayl Massage Bar.
Cardamom creates the mood.
Glow all out with your Self-Care Routine as shimmering Orange Oil lifts the mood, while warming Cardamom Oil slows things down. Incorporate a little luxury into these moments of relaxation with this Massage Bar’s bubbly design, filled with hydrating Butters and softening Oils for Skin that’s feeling nourished and smelling good.
Co-Create is a Product Creation `Programme for Lush Staff, aiming to promote diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging by lifting up authentic stories from respective communities. Co-Creator Andreea shares her inspiration for this Eid al-Adha Product.
“I picked a Massage Bar because around Eid, people love to freshen up, relax, and look after themselves. Hayl means Cardamom in Arabic. Caamom is often used in Arabic Coffee, Desserts, and Sweet Dishes, especially when hosting guests or celebrating. That cosy, aromatic scent reminds me of gatherings, sharing Food, and that ‘come in, you’re welcome here’ feeling, which is a big part of how many of us experience Eid al-Adha. I chose this name because its warm, spicy scent fits the mood of Eid, comforting, generous, and perfect for sharing special moments with the people you love!”

“I wanted to create something hydrating and soothing, with ingredients and a fragrance to encapsulate the same smell of Šipak Spread, a Rosehip Jam that’s very popular in the Balkans. The inspiration behind this comes from my childhood where my Mom would make this Balkan Crepe (also known as Palačinke) and I would spread Šipak all over the Palacinke, roll it up, and snack away! If you needed a quick Breakfast or late Night Snack, palačinke was the way to go.”

- Rosehip Oil, rich in Fatty Acids to help hydrate, as well as Vitamin C, an Antioxidant that helps brighten Skin.

The Lush Hayl Massage Bar.
It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Fair Trade Organic Sesame Oil, Fragrance, Cardamom Oil, Benzoin Resinoid Extract, Orange Oil, Almond Essential Oil, Sunflower Oil, Paprika Oleoresin, Titanium Dioxide, Tin Oxide, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Amyl Cinnamal, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Cinnamate, Cinnamal, Citral, Eugenol, Geraniol, Isoeugenol, Limonene, Linalool, Coumarin, and Colour 77491, I thought that it had a delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly zesty and nutty Cardamom and Orange scent to it that kind of reminded me of eating a Dark Chocolate and Orange Bar that’s been studded with some Cardamom Pods on a freezing cold Winter’s Day.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had slightly warmed it between my Hands and had started to massage it into my Skin, it started to release lots of incredibly thick and oily yet ever so slightly creamy Body Lotion all over my Body that sank into my Skin within a matter of minutes. I also really liked that because of it’s very lumpy and bumpy shape, that it made it really easy to get into any of the tension that I was holding in my Back, Legs and Shoulders.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, soothed, plump, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly zesty and nutty Cardamom and Orange for at least an hour after I had used it.

It’s scent.
I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Kaolin, Water, Calamine Powder, Glycerin, Fresh Pomegranate Juice, Organic Rosehip Oil, Orange Oil, Lemon Myrtle Oil, Orange Flower Extract, Lemongrass Oil, Blackcurrant Extract, Hibiscus Flower Extract, Citral, Eugenol, Limonene, Citronellol, Linalool, Geraniol, Fragrance, and Colour 77491, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Pomegranate and Rosehip scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had poured some Rosehip Oil over a freshly-picked and pitted Pomegranate.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Face Mask, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous, and was more like an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous Body Yoghurt rather than a thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Face Mask.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous Body Yoghurt into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly powdery Face Mask that set within a matter of minutes.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, refreshed, slightly matte, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, clear and much healthier for at least an entire 24 hours after I had used it. I also really liked that it didn’t manage to irritate the Patches of Eczema that I get underneath my Eyes.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical clear Plastic Tub with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Lush Hayl Massage Bar a nine out of ten, and the Lush Šipak Face Mask an eight point five out of ten. I really liked the Lush Hayl Massage Bar, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and spicy yet ever so slightly zesty and nutty Cardamom and Orange scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Cardamom. I Really liked the Lush Šipak Face Mask, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly floral Pomegranate and Rosehip scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had contained a little bit more Rosehip Oil to leave my Skin looking even more glowing.
