Unfortunately, apart from their Ultrabland Cleanser, my skin isn’t really a massive fan of Lush’s Skincare range. That’s why when the guys at my local Lush Store, Lush White Rose, very kindly asked me if I would like to try some of their Gentle Cleanser 2026 range that includes four Cleansers that have all been inspired by Ultrabland’s best-selling formula, I of course said yes. Well i’ve been using them for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.
Here’s what Lush say about all three amazing products.

The Lush Acai & Sacha Inchi Vitamin E Cleanser.
It’s scent.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Fair Trade Organic Sesame Oil, Juniperberry Water, Beeswax, Fair Trade Organic Brazilian Honey, Organic Sacha Inchi Oil, Açaí Oil, Fresh Fennel Extracted In Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Turmeric Root Extracted In Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Glycerine, Manuka Honey, Juniperberry Oil, Rosemary Oil, Kenyan Geranium Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Tincture of Benzoin, Benzoic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Cinnamate, and Limonene, I thought that it had a very strange deep and grassy yet ever so slightly sweet Pea scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a massive Can of Mushy Peas.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Cleanser, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and balmy yet ever so slightly creamy, and was more like an incredibly thick and balmy yet ever so slightly creamy Styling Paste rather than a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Cleanser.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and balmy yet ever so slightly creamy Styling Paste into a thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Cleanser that spread really easily across my Face.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, matte, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, clear and much healthier for hours after I had used it. I also really liked that it didn’t manage to irritate the Patches of Eczema that I get underneath my Eyes.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Black Glass Jar with a Plastic screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, soothed, plump, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, less red and much healthier for hours after I had used it. I also really liked that it didn’t manage to irritate the Patches of Eczema that I get underneath my Eyes.

My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Lush Acai and Sacha Inchi Vitamin E Cleanser an eight out of ten, the Lush Honey, Beeswax and Almond Oil Cleanser a nine out of ten, and the Lush Turmeric and Argan Cleanser an eight point five out of ten. I really liked the Lush Acai and Sacha Inchi Vitamin E Cleanser, as I absolutely loved it’s incredibly thick and balmy yet ever so slightly creamy consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very strange deep and grassy yet ever so slightly sweet Pea scent. I really liked the Lush Honey, Beeswax and Almond Oil Cleanser, as I absolutely loved it’s very subtile sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly nutty Honey scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was available in a much bigger Jar, as 60g of a Cleanser doesn’t really last that long, especially if you’re using it Morning and Evening like you’re supposed to do.
