As you probably already know, I absolutely love it whenever Lush releases anything new. That’s why when I had heard that they had released their Father’s Day 2020 range, I obviously had to hop on to their Website and check everything out. Well after browsing their Website for a good half an hour, I eventually picked up a Dirty Bath Bomb, a Dirty Shampoo Bar, a Bottle of Dirty Deodorant Powder, and a block of Dirty Beard Oil, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.
Here’s what Lush say about all four delicious smelling products.
The Dirty Bath Bomb.
It’s time to get cool with the invigorating chill of Spearmint, Tarragon and Sandalwood. Turn your Bath into a refreshing Lagoon of crisp, Muscle soothing Mint and soak away your worries.
You’ll love this if you like.
Uplifting and enlivening Herbal scents.
The Dirty Springwash Shower Gel, the Dirty Body Spray, or the Tingle Body Conditioner.
Soothing soaks after brisk walks in the fresh Air.
Benefits.
Fine Sea Salt is softening, astringent and antimicrobial on your Skin.
Tarragon Oil has a peppery and herbal scent and is thought to make you feel positive and calm.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Fine Sea Salt, Spearmint Oil, Tarragon Oil, Sandalwood Oil, Lavender Absolute, Neroli Oil, Thyme Absolute, Water, Cream of Tartar, Potassium Bitartrate, Gardenia Extract, Disodiium Lauryl Sulfosuccinate, Dipropylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Cocoa Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Hydroxycitronellal, Fragrance, Colour 47005, Colour 42090:2, Colour 19140, Colour 42090, Colour 42053, Colour 77499, and Colour 45410:2, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly herbal Mint scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent of a bunch of freshly picked Mint Leaves.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of vibrant deep Blue all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple of seconds it also released streams of beautiful creamy White Foam all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended together to turn my entire Bath a beautiful Azure Blue colour.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly herbal Mint for hours after I had used it.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Cocoa Sulfate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Fresh Mint Infusion, Fragrance, Water, Titanium Dioxide, Spearmint Oil, Tarragon Oil, Sandalwood Oil, Lavender Absolute, Neroli Oil, Thyme Absolute, Cetrimonium Chloride, DRF Alcohol, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Hydroxycitronellal, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 42053, Colour 19140, Colour 77491, and Colour 77266, I thought that it had a delicious deep and musky yet ever so slightly herbal Mint scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent of a Man who’s just gotten out of the Shower after using a really minty Shower Gel.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had submerged it in a little bit of Water and had started to massage it into my Hair, it created an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous lather that spread really easily through my Hair.
It’s results.
I really liked it’s results, as not only did this leave my Hair feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking really shiny, much healthier and smelling of delicious deep and musky yet ever so slightly herbal Mint for hours after I had used it.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Talc, Magnesium Trisilicate, Lycopodium Powder, Fragrance, Spearmint Oil, Tarragon Oil, Sandalwood Oil, Lavender Absolute, Neroli Oil, Thyme Absolute, Menthol Crystals, Peppermint Powder, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Coumarin, Oakmoss Extract, Farnesol, Geraniol, Hydroxycitronellal, Limonene, Linalool, and Colour 42090:2, I thought that it had a very strong fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly powdery Mint scent to it that kind of reminded me of a Stick of Wrigley’s Double Mint Chewing Gum.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Deodorant Powder, I thought that it felt incredibly fine and soft, and was more like an incredibly fine and soft Talcum Powder rather than a thick and powdery yet ever so slightly gritty Deodorant Powder
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had shaken some of it out of it’s Bottle and had pressed it into my Underarms, it turned from an incredibly fine and soft Talcum Powder into a fine and dry yet ever so slightly chalky Deodorant Powder that instantly sank into my Skin.
It’s results.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s results, as even though it left my Underarms smelling of fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly powdery Mint for hours after I had used it, it unfortunately only kept me dry for a couple of hours as I had to keep reapplying it throughout the day. I also really liked that even though it smelt very overpowering when I had first applied it, that it eventually blended into the background and didn’t interfere with any of the other scents that I was wearing.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Clear Plastic Bottle with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

It’s scent.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Organic Illipe Butter, Organic Jojoba Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fragrance, Cedarwood Oil, Lavender Oil, Sandalwood Oil, Tonka Absolute, Coumarin, Farmesol, Geraniol, Limonene, and Linalool, I thought that it had a very overpowering sweet and medicinal yet ever so slightly woody Lavender scent to it that kind of reminded me of if they had blended some of their Twilight Shower Gel with an entire Packet of Incense Sticks.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage it between my Fingers, it started to release lots of thick and balmy yet ever so slightly oily Beard Oil, and then once I had started to massage it into my Beard, it turned from an incredibly thick and balmy yet ever so slightly oily Beard Oil into a thin and oily Beard Oil that spread really easily through my Beard.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Beard and the Skin underneath and around it feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, thicker, fuller, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking a lot shinier, much healthier and smelling of very overpowering sweet and medicinal yet ever so slightly woody Lavender for hours after I had used it.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Lush Dirty Bath Bomb a nine out of ten, the Lush Dirty Shampoo Bar an eight point five out of ten, the Lush Dirty Dusting Powder a nine out of ten, and the Lush Dirty Beard Oil a six point five out of ten. I really liked the Lush Dirty Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly herbal Mint scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt even stronger. I really liked the Lush Dirty Shampoo Bar, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and musky yet ever so slightly herbal Mint scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I would have just preferred it if it hadn’t contained Glitter as it kind of flaked off in my Hair whenever I used it. I really liked the Dirty Deodorant Powder, as I absolutely loved it’s very strong fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly powdery Mint scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, and it’s packaging, but I would have just liked it to have actually kept me dry all day, and for it to have come in a Bottle with a Shaker Lid as I had to be very careful not to get it everywhere whenever I used it. I really liked the Dirty Beard Oil, as I absolutely loved what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but given that it was called a Dirty Beard Oil, it would have been nice if it had actually smelt of the Dirty Fragrance instead of very overpowering sweet and medicinal yet ever so slightly woody Lavender.
