One of my favourite ever Body Scrubs definitely has to be the Lush Orange Shower Scrub, as I absolutely love it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sour Orange scent and that it leaves my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth and hydrated. That’s why when I went to Lush Liverpool Spa a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to stop by their Body Care Department to check out all of the delicious smelling exclusive Body Scrubs that they had on offer. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up the Flyway Salt Scrub with Coconut and the Himalayan Rock Salt Scrub with Strawberry & Ginger, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

Here’s what Lush say about both delicious smelling products.

The Flyway Salt Scrub with Coconut.

Tropical moisturising Scrub.

How to use.

Break off what you need and massage it between wet Hands to create a milky Scrub before applying it to your Skin. How scrubby? You decide. For a vigorous exfoliation press harder as you rub. Use a lighter touch and you’ll get a more gentle buff. Rinse and pat dry.

How to store.

Keep cool and dry before and between uses.

The Himalayan Rock Salt Scrub with Strawberry & Ginger.

Spicy Ginger Scrub.

How to use.

Break off what you need and massage it between wet Hands to create a milky Scrub before applying it to your Skin. How scrubby? You decide. For a vigorous exfoliation press harder as you rub. Use a lighter touch and you’ll get a more gentle buff. Rinse and pat dry.

How to store.

Keep somewhere cool and dry before and between uses.

The Lush Flyway Salt Scrub with Coconut.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Coarse Sea Salt, Fine Sea Salt, Kaolin, Glycerine, Sodium Bicarbonate, Coconut Flower, Fresh Coconut, Citric Acid, Murumuru Butter, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Coconut Milk, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Brazilian Orange Oil, Tonka Absolute, Vanilla Absolute, Vetivert Oil, Benzoin Resinoid, Liquid Amber, Titanium Dioxide, Tin Oxide, Calcium Sodium Borosilicate, Silica, Coumarin, Fragrance, and Colour 77491, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly nutty Coconut scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you crack into a perfectly ripened Coconut.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it started to release lots of incredibly fine and gritty yet ever so slightly oily pieces of Coarse Sea Salt and Fine Sea Salt that blended together to give my Skin a really deep and fine yet ever so slightly moisturising Scrub.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky smooth, soft, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly nutty Coconut for at least an hour after I had used it.

The Lush Himalayan Rock Salt Scrub with Strawberry & Ginger.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Himalayan Rock Salt, Kaolin, Ground White Rice, Fresh Strawberries, Sodium Bicarbonate, Glycerine, Cream Of Tartar, Potassium Bitartrate, Murumuru Butter, Fresh Ginger Juice, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Strawberry Extract, Ginger Oil, Pink Pepper Oil, Jasmine Absolute, Benzoin Resinoid, Geranium Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, Brazilian Orange Oil, Davana Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Tin Oxide, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Citral, Limonene, Linalool, Fragrance, Colour 77491, Colour 15850:1, and Colour 45410:1, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly spicy Strawberry scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had blended an entire Packet of Haribo Giant Strawberry Sweets with a Tub of Ground Ginger.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it started to release lots of incredibly chunky and gritty yet ever so slightly oily pieces of Himalayan Rock Salt and Ground White Rice that blended together to give my Skin a really deep and harsh yet ever so slightly moisturising Scrub.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky smooth, soft, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly spicy Strawberry for at least an hour after I had used it.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Lush Flyway Salt Scrub with Coconut an eight point five out of ten, and the Lush Himalayan Rock Salt Scrub with Strawberry & Ginger a nine out of ten. I really liked the Lush Flyway Salt Scrub with Coconut, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly nutty Coconut scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had felt even grittier so that it could have given my Skin a much harsher exfoliation. I really liked the Lush Himalayan Rock Salt Scrub with Strawberry & Ginger, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly spicy Strawberry scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had contained a little bit more Ginger Oil or Pink Pepper Oil so that it had also created some kind of a warming sensation whilst I was using it.
