I absolutely love Lunar New Year, as even though I don’t celebrate it myself, I love seeing all of the colourful celebrations and traditions that it brings. That’s why when I had heard that Lush had released a very small Lunar New Year 2021 range that includes a Bubble Stick and a Shampoo Bar, I obviously had to hop on to their Website and check it all out. Well after checking everything out, I eventually picked up a Dragon Legend Bubble Stick, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Here’s what Lush say about their Dragon Legend Bubble Stick.
Happy New Year for 2021. For mounds of Jasmine and Ylang Ylang Bubbles atop vibrant Orange waters, reach for the Dragon.
During the Lunar New Year, the ancient Dragon Dance is performed to scare away evil spirits. Welcome this Dragon into your Bath for good luck, wisdom and strength. And lots of Bubbles!

Smell familiar? This legend shares it’s scent with the Christmas Eve Bubble Bar.
It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Carbonate, Cream Of Tartar, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycerine, Lauryl Betaine, Fragrance, Jasmine Absolute, Ylang Ylang Oil, Dragon Fruit Powder, Titanium Dioxide, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Silica, Amyl Cinnamal, Benzyl Benzoate, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Hydroxycitronellol, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 45410:2, Colour 47005, Colour 15510, Colour 15985, and Colour 77491, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly powdery Jasmine scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you’ve just taken a fresh load of Laundry out of the Washing Machine.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had held it under some running Water for a couple of minutes and had let my Bath fill all the way to the top, it created mounds of incredibly silky soft shimmering dark Orange Bubbles that made it look like I was bathing in a Sea of Clouds at Sunset.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly powdery Jasmine for hours after I had used it.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Lush Dragon Legend Bubble Stick a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly powdery Jasmine scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit stronger and that it had also been a little bit bigger.
