I absolutely love all of Lush’s Soaps, as I really like that you can use them all over your Body as well as on your Hands. Unfortunately though, because they all come in totally different shapes and sizes, they can sometimes be a little bit tricky to use. That’s why when I had heard that they had reshaped all of their Soaps as well as released a few new ones too, I obviously had to pop down to my local Lush store and check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Block of the 13 Soap Unlucky For Dirt Soap, a Block of the Lotus Blossom Soap, and a Block of the Rhubarb & Custard Soap, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.
Here’s what Lush say about all three delicious Soaps.
The 13 Soap Unlucky For Dirt Soap.
How to use.
For squeaky clean Hands lather up and let the antibacterial properties of Oregano get to work. With moisturising Honey, your Hands will be clean and soft.
How to store.
Keep dry and cool, once in use pop on a Soap Dish within easy reach of the Sink and enjoy the intoxicating, deep Rose scent.
The Lush Lotus Flower Soap.
How to use.
For Vitamin filled exfoliation, run the Water, grab this Soap and work up a rich Lotus Root lather. Rinse off leaving your Skin moisturised and glowing.
How to store.
Keep this Rice Bran based Soap in a cool, dry place until ready to use.
The Rhubarb & Custard Soap.
How to use.
Joyfully antibacterial, juicy and fruity! Lather up this Olive Oil based Soap and Soya Milk suds will wash Skin soft and sweetly supple.
How to store.
Store your fruity Soap in a dry and cool place.

It’s scent.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Oregano and Rose Petal Infusion, Grapeseed Oil : Coconut Oil, Glycerine, Propylene Glycol, Water, Honey, Fragrance, Manuka Honey, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Sodium Stearate, Oregano Oil, Rose Absolute, Geranium Oil, Sodium Chloride, Citric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Bicarbonate, EDTA, Tetrasodium Etidronate, Citronellol, Geraniol, Limonene, Colour 14700, and Colour 19085, I thought that it had a very strange fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly herbal Oregano scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you cook a freshly made Pizza.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had held it under some running Water for a couple of seconds and had started to massage it into my Skin, it started to create a really thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy lather that spread really easily across my Hands.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, squeaky clean, smooth, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of very strange fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly herbal Oregano for at least ten minutes after I had used it.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Rice Bran Oil, Glycerine, Propylene Glycol, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Lotus Root, Fragrance, Organic Castor Oil, Buchu Oil, Lemon Myrtle Oil, Tolu Balsam, Titanium Dioxide, Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate, Alpha -Isomethyl Ionone, Benzyl Alcohol, , Benzyl Benzoate, Citral, Limonene, Colour 45410:1, Colour 14700, and Colour 17200, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Raspberry scent to it that kind of reminded me of a massive slice of Blue Raspberry Cake.
What it did when I used it.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Organic Soy Milk, Olive Oil, Water, Glycerine, Propylene Glycol, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Rhubarb Puree, Sodium Hydroxide, Fragrance, Organic Castor Oil, Cornstarch, Brazilian Orange Oil, Bergamot Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Citric Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate, Citral, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 45350, Colour 14700, Colour 45410:1, and Colour 17200, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly zesty Rhubarb scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had poured a massive Jug of Vanilla Custard over some pieces of freshly picked Rhubarb.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had held it under some running Water for a couple of seconds and had started to massage it into my Skin, it started to create a really thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy lather that spread really easily across my Hands.

My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Lush 13 Soap Unlucky For Dirt Soap a five out of ten, the Lush Lotus Blossom Soap a nine out of ten, and the Lush Rhubarb & Custard Soap a seven point five out of ten. I really liked the Lush 13 Soap Unlucky For Dirt Soap, as I absolutely loved what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very strange fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly herbal Oregano scent. I really liked the Lush Lotus Blossom Soap, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Raspberry scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt even stronger. I really liked the Lush Rhubarb & Custard Soap, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly zesty Rhubarb scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Rhubarb rather than smelling so sweet and creamy.
