Feeling Protected Whilst I Strut Down Bondi Beach | Bondi Sands SPF50+ Fragrance Free Face Sunscreen Fluid

Whether it’s pouring down with rain or absolutely boiling outside, I always use some kind of an SPF Cream, Mist or Serum to protect my Skin from the Sun’s harmful UV Rays. That’s why when I saw that Bondi Sands had released a SPF50+ Fragrance Free Face Sunscreen Fluid that claims to leave you with silky soft, hydrated and protected Skin whilst I was scrolling through Amazon’s Website a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

A short rectangular white plastic bottle with a white plastic lid that has Bondi Sands SPF50+ Fragrance Free Face Sunscreen Fluid written in dark blue writing, a picture of a bright yellow circle, and a picture of a bright gold stripe on it, on a white background.

It’s scent.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Homosalate,Octocrylene, Dibutyl Adipate, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane, Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol, Butylene Glycol, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Silica, Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate, Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine, Polyglyceryl-3 Methylglucose Distearate, Tapioca Starch, Glyceryl Stearate,Phenoxyethanol, Saccharide Isomerate, Potassium Cetyl Phosphate, Decyl Glucoside, Acrylates Copolymer,Caprylyl Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol,Triethanolamine,Hydroxyacetophenone,Polymethylsilsesquioxane, Disodium EDTA, Tocopheryl Acetate,Decylene Glycol, Propylene Glycol,Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid, and Sodium Citrate, I thought that it had a very strange sweet and plasticky yet ever so slightly musky Plastic scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a freshly washed Lunch Box.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called an SPF Face Fluid, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Moisturiser rather than a thin and watery yet ever so slightly creamy SPF Face Fluid.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Moisturiser into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly watery SPF Face Fluid that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, matte, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant and much healthier for hours after I had used it. I also really liked that it didn’t manage to irritate the Patches of Eczema that I get underneath my Eyes..

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short rectangular Plastic Bottle with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves. I also really liked that it fitted really easily into my Pocket, as it meant that I could carry it around with me and reapply it throughout the day..

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Bondi Sands SPF50+ Fragrance Free Face Sunscreen Fluid an eight point five out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very strange sweet and plasticky yet ever so slightly musky Plastic scent. I also wish that it was available in a much bigger Bottle, as 50ml of a Face Sunscreen Fluid doesn’t last that long, especially if you’re reapplying it multiple times a day like you’re supposed to do.
