PCD, Baby We’re Back!! | The Pussycat Dolls PCD Forever Tour At The First Direct Bank Arena Leeds

Last week, both Jamie and I went to see The Pussycat Dolls perform their PCD Forever Tour at the First Direct Bank Arena Leeds, and after having an absolutely amazing time, I thought that I would tell you all about it.
Firstly, I just have to say that their Support Acts of DeJa Vu and Lil’ Kim were unfortunately a little bit hit and miss, as Deja Vu were incredible and gave a really high-energy performance of some of their unreleased songs, where as Lil’ Kim was just a little bit underwhelming.

Their entrance of When I Grow Up was phenomenal, as it started off with all the Ladies saying words that started with the same letters as Pussycat Dolls, before transitioning into a really cinematic version of the song that was full of base and got everyone in the mood for the rest of the Evening.
They of course performed Beep, I Don’t Need A Man, Jai Ho!, Buttons, and Hush Hush, which I thought were all amazing.
Their more Ballad-like Songs were also incredible, as they performed a really emotional version of Stick With You and I Hate This Part, which I thought both sounded amazing.
I also really liked that they included a space for each individual Lady to shine, as Kimberly performed Glaciers, Walking In The Sun and Candy, Ashley performed Woman Up, and Nicole performed Right There with an outstanding operatic intro, Poison, Wet, Don’t Hold Your Breath, and As If We Never Said Goodbye from Sunset Boulevard.
Another thing that I really liked was that they were constantly interacting with the audience, and brought a couple of Audience Members on to the Stage to perform the Buttons Routine with them, including DecoDance and an eighty-three year old superfan.
All of their performance was outstanding, but I really liked that they finished off with Club Song, React, and Don’t Cha, as I thought that it brought the Show to a fabulous end.
This was just a few of my favourite moments from the evening, but they also performed a whole lot more, and I of course was singing, clapping, whooping and generally rocking out to it all. My Voice and Throat actually hurt quite a lot the next day, but I guess that’s just the result of a fantastic evening.
I am absolutely thrilled to have finally seen them perform live, and if you can still manage to get your Hands on some Tickets, I highly recommend that you go see them as they were incredible!
Have you seen The Pussycat Dolls perform live yet? What were some of your favourite moments from the evening? What’s some of your favourite The Pussycat Dolls songs? Please let me know down below.
