Lemme Hear You Say You’re Ready For The Holiday | Lush Trafford Centre Holiday 2026 Preview | Gifted

A couple of weeks ago, both Jamie and I were very kindly invited down to Lush Trafford Centre to come and check out some of the amazing products that they would have on offer over the next couple of months, and after having an absolutely amazing time sniffing all of the delicious smelling Bath Bombs, Shower Gels, Body Lotions and Perfumes, I thought that I would tell you all about it.

What happened when I visited Lush Trafford Centre?

Once we had finally arrived in Manchester, and had been for something to eat, we eventually headed to Lush Trafford Centre which is located next door to O2 on the Ground Floor of the Mall in the Trafford Centre on Regent Cresent on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre.
Then once we had walked into the massive and really bright-looking Store, we were very kindly greeted by Anya, the really friendly Lady from their PR Team who had invited us, who said hi and asked us if we were ok. We said hi back, that yes we were, and after us all chatting for a couple of minutes about what would be happening throughout the evening, including that there would be chance for us to check out some of their upcoming ranges, Bath Bomb Making, a Hand and Arm Massage, Bath Bomb Bauble Making, and even a Fragrance Reading, she said that she hoped that we had an amazing time before showing us to their Bath Bomb and Bubble Bar Department.

She then started to show us some of their delicious smelling Christmas Bath Bombs and Bubble Bars, including the adorable-looking Reindeer Bath Bomb, the Magical Santa Bath Bomb that’s had a slight design change, the Snowman Dreaming Bath Bomb, the humongous Lush Pudding Bath Bomb, the Jet Ski Bath Bomb which is the same scent as their beloved Shoot For The Stars Bath Bomb from last year, their Artic Fox Bubble Bar that’s in one of my favourite scents, and even their Christmas Tree Bath Bomb that’s full of Fur Needle Absolute, Peppermint Oil, and Eucalyptus Oil. She then asked us if we would like her to demonstrate one of them in store for us, to which we of course said yes, and after a little bit of deciding, we eventually went for the Christmas Tree Bath Bomb as it just looked and smelt so cute. Then after she had taken us over to their Demonstration Area, she filled up a massive Bowl of Warm Water and dropped it in, and once it had finished  creating masses amounts of bright Green Foam, she encouraged us to put our Hands in the Water and feel how soft the Water felt. She also then told us about some of the other products in their Christmas range, including one of her favourites, the Chocolate Orange Shower Gel, and after we had given it a little sniff, she encouraged us to give it a try by using it to wash our Hands with in the Water.

Then after checking out some of the Christmas range, we wandered over to the Bath Bomb Making Station where one of the really nice Staff Members asked us if we would like to make one of their Monster Scare Bear Bath Bombs. We of course said yes, and after grabbing us both a couple of Chairs and handing us a pair of Gloves, which she had to help me put on as I can never get their Gloves to go on, she started to tell us all about their Monster Scare Bear Bath Bomb. She then handed us one of the Bear Shaped Moulds and talked us through how to make one, which was really easy as apart from it containing Cocoa Butter, their Monster Scare Bear Bath Bomb is quite a simplistic Bath Bomb. She then very helpfully placed the Bowl full of Bright Green Bath Bomb Powder in front of me and said that all I had to do was to fill the Mould with as much Bath Bomb Powder as possible. Then after I had filled it all the way to the top, she handed me the back of the Mould, wrapped it in a Bag for me and said that I had to leave it for at least 24 hours before I could use it.

Then after finishing making our Bath Bombs, we wandered over to the Hand & Arm Massage Station where two really nice Staff Members asked us if we would like a Hand & Arm Massage, to which we of course said yes. They then took us both over to a massive Table and grabbed us both some Chairs before one of the really nice Staff Members asked me if I had used one of their Massage Bars before and what kind of scents I liked. I said that yes I had, and that i’m generally more of a Citrus person rather than a Gourmand person. She then  gave me a couple of Massage Bars to sniff, including Coconut Drench, Each Peach and Two’s A Pair, and Karma, before asking me which one I preferred, I eventually went for Each Peach and Two’s A Pair, and after warming it up between her Hands for a couple of seconds, she started to massage my Arms and Hands with it. she then gave me a really deep but lovely massage on both of my Arms before asking if I would like her to dust it with a bit of one of their Dusting Powders, to which I of course said yes, before she gave me a couple of them to sniff, including the Sticky Dates Dusting Powder and their limited edition Chelsea Morning Dusting Powder. I eventually went with the Chelsea Morning Dusting Powder as I wanted to see what it was like, and after she had sprinkled a liberal amount on to my Arms, she started to rub it in so that all of the Massage Oil from the Massage Bar started to set.

Then after we had enjoyed our Hand & Arm Massages, the really nice Staff Members that were performing our Massages switched places with some other really nice Staff Members so that we could make some Bath Bomb Baubles to go on our Christmas Tree. They first told us all about how they came up with the idea to make a Bath Bomb Bauble, that not to worry as it’s really easy, and that it uses one of their Knot Wraps made from 100% Recycled Materials. They then asked us to pick which Knotwrap we would like to use from a selection of different feeling materials and designs. I ended up going for a really nice Christmas one and Jamie ended up choosing one from their Halloween range, before they started to show us how to turn it into a Bath Bomb Bauble. They first started by handing me one of their Yog Nog Bath Bombs and smoothing out the Knotwrap that I had chosen across the Table. They then told me to place the Yog Nog Bath Bomb in the centre of the Knot Wrap, fold the corners over on themselves, and tie it in a knot, then do it to the other side, make a loop at the top of the overhanging material and tie it so that I could hang it on my Christmas Tree.

Then once we had finished making our Bath Bomb Baubles, we headed over to their Fragrance Reading Station where one of the really nice Staff Members asked us if we would like a Fragrance reading, to which we of course said yes. Then once he had brought us some Chairs, he started to explain how their Fragrance Readings work, including that he would get us to choose three words from a collection of Tarot Cards on how we would like to feel throughout the day, and that he would then ask us a little bit about how we try to achieve the words we’ve chosen. After he had read all of the different Tarot Cards out to me, I eventually went with Energy, Confidence, and Comfort, and after chatting a little bit about how I try to achieve them throughout the day, he said that he would be back in a couple of minutes with a few Fragrances for me to try. Then once he had returned, he sprayed a little bit of each Fragrance on to a Card for me to sniff, Including Dad’s Garden Lemon Tree Body Spray for Energy, Karma Perfume for Confidence, and Avocado Co-Wash Body Spray for Comfort, before asking me what I thought of each of them. Then once we had finished chatting, he sprayed a little bit of both Dad’s Garden Lemon Tree Body Spray and Avocado Co-Wash Body Spray on to my Arms.

Then once we had both finished our Fragrance Readings, we sat and chatted with Jonathan, one of the other really nice Members of their PR Team who had invited us all about some of the upcoming Co-Create ranges, including their Dia De Muertos range that had been released very recently, their Diwali range which had been specially brought to the store for everyone to try, and even their Hanukkah range which will be released in a couple of weeks time.

Then after we had all been chatting for a little while, the evening started to draw to a close. So we said our thank you’s and goodbyes to all of the amazing Staff Members that we had met throughout the evening, and headed off back into Manchester to catch our Train. But before we could leave, Jonathan very kindly handed us a massive Goodie Bag containing a Bottle of their S’mores Shower Gel, a Tub of their Yuzu Cheesecake Body Butter, one of their Sugar Plum Fairy Bath Bombs, one of their Scrubee Body Butters, a Tub of their Super Milk Dusting Powder, one of their Snow Fairy Shampoo Bars, a Jar of their Hot Chocolate Orange Lip Mask, and one of their Knot Wraps.
