As you probably already know, I absolutely love to use a Hot Cloth Cleanser at the end of a long day, as not only does it get rid of all of the dirt and grime that’s been on my Face, but it also get’s rid of all the SPF that i’ve been wearing with very minimal effort. That’s why when I saw that Aldi had released a Lacura Pineapple Hot Cloth Cleanser whilst I was doing my weekly Food Shop a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cocoa Seed Butter, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerine, Polysorbate 60, Sorbitan Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance, Ethylhexylglycerin, Disodium EDTA, Glucose, Pineapple Fruit Extract, Bromelain, Aloe Vera Leaf Juice Powder, Citric Acid, Potassium Hydroxide, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, and Benzyl Salicylate, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly tropical Pineapple scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of Pineapple Juice on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Hot Cloth Cleanser, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Night Cream rather than a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Hot Cloth Cleanser.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Night Cream into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Hot Cloth Cleanser that spread really easily across my Face. I also really liked that once I had started to add a little bit of Water to it, that it turned from an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Hot Cloth Cleanser into a thin and creamy Cleansing Milk that was really easy to remove.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, bouncy, plump, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, brighter and much healthier for at least ten minutes after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Plastic Tube with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Aldi Lacura Pineapple Hot Cloth Cleanser a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly tropical Pineapple scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Pineapple and that it was also part of their main range.
