I absolutely love having Silky soft, hydrated and glowing-looking Skin, especially during the Summer, which is why I always try to use some kind of Vitamin C Cream, Lotion, or Serum in my Skincare Routine. That’s why when I saw that Latest In Beauty had released a The Glow Plan Beauty Edit with Abigail James that contained a Tube of the BYBI C-Caff Cream which claims to contain a blend of Caffeine and Vitamin C to leave you with silky soft, hydrated and glowing-looking Skin whilst I was scrolling through Instagram a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Here’s what BYBI say about their C-Caff Cream.
A Vegan Day Cream Moisturiser with Vitamin C.
Our C-Caf Cream is a Caffeine and Vitamin C Face Cream for everyday use.
Lightweight and nourishing, it brightens and softens Skin whilst reducing morning puffiness.
- Natural.
- Vegan.
- Cruelty-Free.
- Carbon Neutral.
Skin Benefits.
- BRIGHTENING, our C-Caf Cream has a double Vitamin C formula, from Kakadu Plum and Ascorbyl Glucoside, brightening dull Skin and improving the look of Hyperpigmentation, Scars and uneven Skin Tone. Caffeine is a diuretic which reduces morning puffiness, helping tired Skin to look smooth and fresh.
- HYDRATINg, a buttery combination of Shea, Glycerin and Squalane means that C-Caf glides onto Skin smoothly and absorbs easily, increasing natural hydration levels. Your Skin feels soft, dewy and glowing.
- REGENERATING, Green Tea Extract is incredibly high in antioxidants, which help to repair your Skin from the effects of Pollution and UV Rays. This also boosts your Skin’s regeneration process, giving it a smooth, bouncy feel.
How to use.
Use every Morning after cleansing and before applying SPF. Apply a pea-sized amount to the Skin and massage into your Face and Neck.
When we say pea-size, we mean pea-size. A little goes a really long way so don’t be tempted to squeeze out too much as it’ll take longer to absorb into the Skin.
Its scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Bitter Orange Flower Water, Shea Butter Ethyl Esters, Squalane, Glycerin, Cucumber Oil, Propanediol, Polyglyceryl-3 Cetyl Ether Olivate/Succinate, Water, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Ascorbyl Glucoside, Arginine, Xanthan Gum, Benzyl Alcohol, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate, Pomegranate Extract, Caprylic Acid, Xylitol, Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Tocopherol, Lactobacillus Ferment, Citronellol, Farnesol, Geraniol, Linalool, Phytic Acid, Caffeine, Kakadu Plum Fruit Extract, and Citric Acid, I thought that it had a delicious deep and biscuity yet ever so slightly grassy Ginger scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a massive Packet of Ginger Nut Biscuits.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Day Cream, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily, and was more like an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Night Cream rather than a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Day Cream.
what it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Night Cream into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Day Cream that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, soothed, plump, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, brighter and much healthier for hours after I had used it. I also really liked that it didn’t manage to irritate the Patches of Eczema that I get underneath my Eyes.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall conical Plastic Tube with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the BYBI C-Caff Cream an eight point five out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and biscuity yet ever so slightly grassy Ginger scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had contained a much higher percentage of Vitamin C to leave my Skin looking a little bit brighter.
