I absolutely love using the Dr. Jart+ Cicapair™ Tiger Grass Colour Correcting Treatment whenever i’m having an Eczema flare-up, as it’s usually the only thing that manages to cover up any red, irritated or bumpy Skin. That’s why when I saw that they had also released a Cicapair™ Tiger Grass Calming Serum Mask that claims to calm, soothe and hydrate red and irritated Skin whilst I was scrolling through Boots’ Website a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well I finally used it the other day, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Here’s what Dr. Jart+ say about their Cicapair Tiger Grass Calming Serum Mask.
A Sheet Mask soaked in a Serum with Tiger Grass to help calm irritated Skin, reduce the look of redness and send a surge of soothing moisture back into Skin.
What makes it unique?
The adhesive Mask wraps around the contours of your Face to deliver 26 millilitres of soothing Serum to sensitised, irritated Skin. After one use Skin looks serene, even and has a healthy dewiness.

Suitable for sensitised Skin.
What’s in it?
The Skin-fitting Mask is drenched in a highly concentrated Serum with Tiger Grass Extract and Madecassoside for soothing moisture care, plus nourishing Allantoin and Niacinamide to help strengthen the Skin Barrier and reduce the look of redness.
How to use.
In K-Beauty Regimens, Sheet Masks are used as the 3rd step in your Routine after cleansing and applying a Toner.
Rub the Pouch to help activate the ingredients.
Open the Mask and carefully apply it to clean, toned Skin.
Leave on for ten to twenty minutes.
Remove the Mask, gently pat excess Serum into Skin.
It’s scent.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Butylene Glycol, Niacinamide, Glycerin, Tiger Grass Extract, Diglycerin, Carbomer, Tromethamine, Caffeine, Allantoin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Xanthan Gum, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Adenosine, Chinaberry Leaf Extract, Chinaberry Flower Extract, Streptococcus Thermophilus Ferment, Soybean Peptide, Dextrin, Cocoa Seed Extract, Hollyhock Flower Extract, Peach Resin Extract, Asiaticoside, Tiger Grass Leaf Extract, Disodium Edta, Hydroxyacetophenone, and Madecassoside, I thought that it had a very strange sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly alcoholic Banana scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a massive Bottle of Banana Liqueur.
It’s material.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s material, as even though this was made out of a very thick and soft Microfibre Tissue that felt incredibly soft against my Skin, I unfortunately found that it had managed to rip quite a lot when I had removed it from it’s packaging, especially around the Eye, Nose and Chin areas.
Its size.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s size, as even though this managed to fit me perfectly around the Eye, Nose and Mouth areas, I found that I had to stretch it out quite a lot around the Forehead and Chin areas to make it properly fit my Face.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had removed it from it’s packaging and had smoothed it across my Face, it started to release lots of thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly creamy Facial Serum all over my Skin that set within a matter of seconds and securely stuck the Microfibre Tissue to my Face so that I could move around without worrying that it was going to fall off.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, calm, refreshed, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant and much healthier for at least an entire 24 hours after I had used it. I also really liked that it didn’t manage to irritate the Patches of Eczema that I get underneath my Eyes.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a very secure rectangular Recycled Paper Pouch that as well as keeping the Mask really fresh until I was ready to use it, also meant that none of it’s Serum leaked anywhere.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Dr. Jart+ Cicapair™ Tiger Grass Calming Serum Mask an eight point five out of ten. I absolutely loved what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very strange sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly alcoholic Banana scent, the fact that it’s material managed to rip so much when I had removed it from it’s packaging, or that I had to stretch it so much around the Forehead and Chin areas to make it properly fit my Face.
