I don’t know if it’s because i’ve been outside a lot more than I usually am lately, but my Skin has suddenly become very dry, sore and dehydrated, especially my Elbows, Knees, inner Thighs and Legs. That’s why when I saw that Farmologie had released a Pink Grapefruit Moisturiser that claims to soothe and hydrate dry and sensitive Skin whilst I was scrolling through Boots’ Website a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Here’s what Farmologie say about their Pink Grapefruit Moisturiser.
Lock in moisture! Our expertly formulated Pink Grapefruit Moisturiser blend contains natural and ethically sourced Colloidal Oatmeal and Oat Oil which are clinically proven to help soothe and nourish dry and sensitive Skin.
Gently fragranced with Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil, you can enjoy the zesty fragrance without fear of it being harsh on dry, sensitive or Eczema-prone Skin. Because sensitive Skin deserves to feel a little fruity too.
How to use.
Squeeze a cherry sized amount into your Palms and smooth on to Skin in a downwards direction, paying extra attention to areas with dryness. Repeat throughout the day and after washing to maintain optimum hydration.
It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Glycerin, Isopropyl Myristate, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Isononanoate, Shea Butter, Oat Kernel Flower, Tapioca Starch, Benzyl Alcohol, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Fragrance, Limonene, Oat Kernel Oil, Dehydroacetic Acid, Citric Acid, Citronellol, Linalool, Sodium Hydroxide, and Grapefruit Peel Oil, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly grassy Pink Grapefruit scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of Pink Grapefruit Juice on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Moisturiser, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Body Cream rather than a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Moisturiser.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Body Cream into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly balmy Moisturiser that spread really easily across my Body.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, soothed, bouncy, plump, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly grassy Pink Grapefruit for hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall conical Plastic Tube with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Farmologie Pink Grapefruit Moisturiser a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly grassy Pink Grapefruit scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was also available in some other scents like Lemon, Lime, or maybe even just a simple Cocoa Butter fragrance.
