Even though I don’t generally believe that Skincare designed specifically for Men is any better than regular Skincare, one of my favourite Men’s Skincare brands definitely has to be L’Oreal Paris Men Expert as I think that they have some really great products that actually work. That’s why when I saw that they had released an Hydra Energetic Tissue Mask that claims to recharge and hydrate your Skin in under 5 minutes as well as fight excess Oil whilst I was scrolling through Boots’ Website a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well I finally used it the other day, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Here’s what L’Oreal Paris Men Expert say about their Hydra Energetic Tissue Mask.
A recharging Tissue Mask for Men enriched with Taurine to hydrate and fight excess Oil, XL size for Men.
How to use.
Unfold the Mask, apply to your Face and leave for five minutes for energised looking Skin. Use three times a week. After use, discard the Mask. Spread any excess Serum over your Face with your Fingers or remove it with a Cotton Pad.
It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Propamediol, Glycerin, Peppermint Extract, Peg-40, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Pvm/ma Copolymer, Creatine, Potassium Hydroxide, Glyceryl Acrylate/Acrylic Acid Copolymer, Sodium Hyaluronate, P-Anisic Acid, Mannose Dipotassium Glycyrohizate, Hydrogenated Starch Hydrolysate, Hydroxyacetophenone, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Taurine, Xanthan Gum, Pentylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, and Fragrance, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and zesty yet ever so slightly masculine Mandarin scent to it that kind of reminded me of walking past a Mandarin Tree on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.
It’s material.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s material, as even though this was made out of a very thick and soft Microfibre Tissue that felt incredibly soft against my Skin, I unfortunately found that it had managed to rip quite a lot when I had removed it from it’s packaging, especially around the Forehead, Nose and Chin areas.
It’s size.
I really liked it’s size, as unlike some of the other Sheet Masks that i’ve tried in the past, this managed to fit my Face perfectly as I didn’t have to bunch it up around the Eye, Nose or Mouth holes.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had removed it from its packaging and had smoothed it across my Face, it started to release lots of thin and watery yet ever so slightly barmy Facial Serum that set within a matter of seconds and securely stuck the Microfibre Tissue to my Face so that I could move around without worrying that it was going to fall off.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved its results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, refreshed and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, clearer and much healthier for at least 24 hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked its packaging, as this came in a very secure Plastic Pouch that as well as keeping the Mask really fresh until I was ready to use it, also meant that none of its Serum leaked anywhere.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the L’Oreal Paris Men Expert Hydra Energetic Tissue Mask an eight out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and zesty yet ever so slightly masculine Mandarin sent, its size, what it did when I used it, its results, and its packaging, but I unfortunately just wasn’t a massive fan of its material, as even the most thinly made Microfibre Tissue Mask shouldn’t have ripped as much as this did when I removed it from it’s packaging.
