Even though i’ve never been a massive fan of Lush’s Mother’s Day range, as it’s usually full of very floral, sweet and creamy scented products, I still look forward to seeing what they release. That’s why when I had heard that they had released a Mother’s Day 2025 range, I obviously had to pop down to my local Lush store and check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Blooming Beautiful Grass Bath Bomb, an Edamummy Bean Bath Bomb, an Up, Up and Away Bath Bomb, and a Tub of Keep It Fluffy Body Lotion, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.
Here’s what Lush say about all four delicious smelling products.

Co-Creator Chloe Dudek from Lush Preston shares their inspiration for this Mother’s Day product. “As a little Girl I used to always share a Bowl of Snap Peas with my Nan, who is a very strong matriarchal figure in my life and I used to love going into the Garden and picking the Pods and sharing them with her in the Kitchen. Edamame Beans all grow together in the safety of their little Pod and I feel like this is the perfect representation of what it’s like to become a Mother, you’re both growing and learning at the same time. Navigating your way through life, its ups and downs, People even throwing Salt on you, but at the end of the day you still have each other in the safety of your own little Pod.”.
What’s in it for you?
- Fruity Green Waters infused with Pea Protein Powder make this Bath Bomb a total Dish.
- Geranium Oil and Carob Resinoid go together like two Peas in a Pod, creating a fresh but gorgeously Sticky Toffee Apple scent.

The Lush Blooming Beautiful Grass Bath Bomb.
It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cornstarch, West Timor Sandalwood Oil, Bergamot Oil, Neroli Oil, Gardenia Extract, Water, Titanium Dioxide, Dipropylene Glycol, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Coumarin, Limonene, Linalool, Fragrance, Colour 19140:1, Colour 42090, and Colour 47005:1, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly zesty cut Grass scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a Window after someone has just finished mowing the Lawn on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful dark Green all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous bright White Foam all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful dark Green to turn my entire Bath a stunning Pastel Green colour.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly zesty cut Grass for hours after I had used it.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Bergamot Oil, Geranium Oil, Carab Resinoid, Pea Rice and Hemp Protein, Gardenia Extract, Cream Of Tartar, Water, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Hexylcinnamal, Limonene, Fragrance, Colour 19140:1, and Colour 42090, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly caramely Toffee Apple scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had dunked some pieces of Green Apple in a massive Pot of freshly made Caramel.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cornstarch, Sicilian Lemon Oil, Lemon Myrtle Oil, Litsea Cubeba Oil, Styrax Resinoid, Water, Carrageenan Extract, Titanium Dioxide, Agar Agar, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Tin Oxide, Citral, Limonene, Fragrance, Colour 45410:2, Colour 45410:1, Colour 42090:2, Colour 17200, Colour 45410, Colour 77491, and Colour 42090, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly creamy Lemon scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had crushed up an entire Packet of Refresher Chew Sweets.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright Pink all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous bright Purple all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the bright Pink to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering Magenta colour. I also really liked that once it had finally finished fizzing and hissing, that it released little pieces of Agar Agar all over the surface of the Water that eventually dissolved and left behind some incredibly silky soft feeling Water.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly creamy Lemon for hours after I had used it.

It’s scent.
I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Fresh Rose Petal Infusion, Almond Oil, Water, Glycerine, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Jojoba Oil, Stearic Acid, Organic Illipe Butter, Triethanolamine, Pakistani Rose Absolute, Jasmine Absolute, Lemongrass Oil, Ylang Ylang Oil, Vanilla Absolute, Cornstarch, Titanium Dioxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Salicylate, Citral, Citronellol, Eugenol, Farnesol, Geraniol, Hydroxycitronellol, Limonene, Linalool, Fragrance, Colour 45410:2, Colour 17200, and Colour 45410, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly sweet Rose scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had poured an entire Glass of Filtered Water over a freshly picked Red Rose.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Body Lotion, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily, and was more like an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Body Cream rather than a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous Body Lotion.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Body Cream into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Body Lotion that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, soothed, plump, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly sweet Rose for hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Black Plastic Tub with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Lush Blooming Beautiful Grass Bath Bomb a nine out of ten, the Lush Edamummy Bean Bath Bomb an eight out of ten, the Lush Up, Up And Away Bath Bomb a nine out of ten, and the Lush Keep It Fluffy Body Lotion an eight out of ten. I really liked the Lush Blooming Beautiful Grass Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and grassy yet ever so slightly zesty Cut Grass scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it was part of their main range. I really liked the Lush Edamummy Bean Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly caramely Toffee Apple scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but because of it’s adorable Pea Pod shape it had unfortunately managed to break before I had even gotten it Home. I really liked the Lush Up, Up And Away Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly creamy Lemon scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it was part of their main range. I really liked the Lush Keep It Fluffy Body Lotion, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly sweet Rose scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Rose.
