One of my favourite ever Lush Collaboration Ranges definitely has to be their Lush x Super Mario Bros. Movie range, as I thought that it was a really well thought out range and that all of the different scents really complimented all of the different characters. That’s why when I had heard that they had released an x Super Mario Galaxy Movie range to celebrate the release of the Super Mario Galaxy Movie, I obviously had to pop down to my local Lush store and check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Yoshi Egg Bath Bomb, and a Bottle of Protect The Galaxy Shower Gel, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.
Here’s what Lush say about both amazing products.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Glycerine, Corn Starch, Water, Propylene Glycol, Clove Bud Oil, Labdanum Resinoid, Lemon Oil, Orange Oil, Peppermint Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Carrageenan Extract, Gardenia Extract, Fresh Apple Juice, Tin Oxide, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Dipropylene Glycol, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Eugenol, Limonene, Fragrance, Colour 42090:1, and Colour 19140, I thought that the Bath Bomb had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Peach scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a massive Bag of Haribo Fried Egg Sweets, and that it’s little Ice Flower Shower Gummy had a delicious sweet and minty yet ever so slightly creamy Peppermint scent to it that kind of reminded me of eating a massive piece of Peppermint Rock on Blackpool Pleasure Beach..
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright White Foam all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous bright Green and Blue all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful bright White Foam to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering Turquoise colour. I also really liked that once it had finally finished fizzing and hissing, that it released little pieces of Popping Candy all over the surface of the Water that made it sound like a Dinosaur was actually hatching in my Bath. Another thing that I really liked was that once it had finally finished fizzing and hissing, that it revealed a little hidden Ice Flower shaped Shower Gummy that was perfect for washing myself with.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly fizzy Peach as well as delicious sweet and minty yet ever so slightly creamy Peppermint for hours after I had used it.

It’s scent.
I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Glycerin, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Propylene Glycol, Rose Oil, Davana Oil, Chamomile Blue Oil, Tagetes Oil, Carrageenan Extract, Citric Acid, Titanium Dioxide, Fair Trade Organic Aloe Vera Powder, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Silica, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Coumarin, Linalool, Geraniol, Limonene, Fragrance, Colour 45410:1, Colour 17200, and Colour 42090, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly grassy Blueberry scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a massive Carton of Blueberry Juice.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Shower Gel, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly gelatinous, and was more like an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly gelatinous Hyaluronic Acid Serum rather than a thin and gelatinous yet ever so slightly watery Shower Gel.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly gelatinous Hyaluronic Acid Serum into a thin and frothy yet ever so slightly watery Shower Gel that spread really easily across my Body.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, refreshed, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly grassy Blueberry for hours after I had used it.,
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Plastic Bottle with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Lush Yoshi Egg Bath Bomb a nine out of ten, and the Lush Protect The Galaxy Shower Gel an eight out of ten. I really liked the Lush Yoshi Egg Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Peach scent, it’s Shower Gummy’s delicious sweet and minty yet ever so slightly creamy Peppermint scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just think that £12 is a little bit too much to spend on a Bath Bomb, even if it did come with a surprise hidden Shower Gummy inside. I really liked the Lush Protect The Galaxy Shower Gel, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly grassy Blueberry scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Apple.
