‘Cause Tonight Is The Night When Two Become One | Lush Super Fairy Range | Gifted

Even though it wasn’t really my favourite product from the range, I still really liked the Lush x Hello Kitty Hello Kitty and Friends Shower Gel, as I loved that they had decided to blend two of their most well known scents, Milky Bath and Snow Fairy, together to create a brand new scent. That’s why when I had heard that they had released a Super Fairy range that claims to combine both their Snow Fairy and Super Milk scents together to create one amazing scent, I obviously had to pop down to my local Lush store and check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Super Fairy Bath Bomb, a Bottle of Super Fairy Shower Gel, and a Bottle of Super Fairy Body Lotion, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

Here’s what Lush say about all three delicious smelling products.

It’s scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Citric Acid, Cornstarch, Fragrance, Litsea Cubeba Oil, Benzoin Resinoid, Vanilla Absolute, West Timor Sandalwood Oil, Persian Lime Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Coconut Milk Powder, Water, Synthetic Musk, Epsom Salts, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Dipropylene Glycol, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Tin Oxide, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Citral, Limonene, Colour 45410:2, Colour 17200, and Colour 45410, I thought that it had a delicious zesty and creamy yet ever so slightly sweet Lemon and Candy Floss scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had topped a Lemon Drizzle Cake with some Candy Floss.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright White Foam all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous bright Pink all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful bright White Foam to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering Hot Pink colour. I also really liked that once it had finally finished fizzing and hissing, that it released little pieces of Epsom Salt all over the surface of the Water that eventually dissolved and left behind some really silky soft feeling Water.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, soothed, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious zesty and creamy yet ever so slightly sweet Lemon and Candy Floss for hours after I had used it.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Glycerine, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Coconut Milk, Oat Milk, Almond Milk, Fine Sea Salt, Calcium Lactate, Lauryl Betaine, Polysorbate 20, Fragrance, Lactic Acid, Titanium Dioxide, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane, Litsea Cubeba Oil, Benzoin Resinoid, Vanilla Absolute, West Timor Sandalwood Oil, Persian Lime Oil, Fresh Lemon Juice, Water (Aqua), Synthetic Musk, Propylene Glycol, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Citral, Coumarin, Linalool, Colour 45410:2, and Colour 45410, I thought that it had a delicious zesty and sweet yet ever so slightly creamy Candy Floss and Lemon scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had poured a massive Cup of Lemon Juice over an entire Bag of freshly made Candy Floss.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Shower Gel, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous, and was more like an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous Shower Milk rather than a thin and gelatinous yet ever so slightly watery Shower Gel.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous Shower Milk into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly frothy Shower Gel that spread really easily across my Body.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, calm, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and zesty yet ever so slightly creamy Candy Floss and Lemon for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Clear Plastic Bottle with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

It’s scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Almond Oil, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Glycerine, Stearic Acid, Triethanolamine, Litsea Cubeba Oil, Benzoin Resinoid, Vanilla Absolute, West Timor Sandalwood Oil, Persian Lime Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Synthetic Musk, Cetearyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Citral, Coumarin, Limonene, Linalool, Fragrance, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Colour 45410, and Colour 45410:2, I thought that it had a delicious zesty and creamy yet ever so slightly sweet Lemon and Candy Floss scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had topped a Lemon Drizzle Cake with some Candy Floss.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Body Lotion, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous, and was more like an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous Body Yoghurt rather than a thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Body lotion.

What it did when I used it.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, soothed, refreshed, plump, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious zesty and creamy yet ever so slightly sweet Lemon and Candy Floss for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s packaging, as even though this came in a short cylindrical Plastic Tub with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves, because of it’s incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous consistency, I would have preferred it if it had come in a Bottle with some kind of a Pump or clickable Lid.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Lush Super Fairy Bath Bomb an eight point five out of ten, the Lush Super Fairy Shower Gel a nine out of ten, and the Lush Super Fairy Body Lotion an eight point five out of ten. I really liked the Lush Super Fairy Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious zesty and creamy yet ever so slightly sweet Lemon and Candy Floss scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Candy Floss.
