Tea Tastes Terrific | Bird & Blend Tea Company Bottomless Brunch Collection

I absolutely love a nice, delicious Cocktail, whether that’s during a freezing cold Winter’s Day, or at the end of a long, boiling hot Summer’s Day. That’s why when I had heard that Bird & Blend Tea Company had released their Bottomless Brunch collection, which includes Buck’s Fizz, Pink Prosecco, and Peach & Elderflower Bellini, I obviously had to hop on to their Website and check everything out. Well after checking everything out, I eventually picked up a Pouch of the Buck’s Fizz Loose Leaf Tea, and a Pouch of the Peach & Elderflower Bellini Loose Leaf Tea, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

Here’s what Bird & Blend Tea Company say about both delicious tasting Teas.

The Bird & Blend Tea Company Buck’s Fizz Loose Leaf Tea.

Nothing says Christmas Celebration better than a Glass of Bubbly, so why not swap your Glass for a Mug this year and enjoy our Buck’s Fizz Brew? It packs an Orange punch, won’t get you tipsy, can be enjoyed before Bed due to being naturally Caffeine Free, and we’ve blended in little nuggets of Gold so your Cuppa will sparkle when brewed. Fancy or what?

You’ll love me if you love.

Mulled Cider, Simply The Zest, or Bears Like Marmalade

We’ve taken our favourite Tea Time Cocktail and added a B&B twist! Juicy Peach is complimented perfectly by light botanical Elderflower notes. Now you can drink a delicious Bellini anytime of the day and in a Mug too if you so wish.

It’s brewing time.

It said that you were supposed to brew this for four minutes at 100ºC, which I thought was the perfect amount of time, as whenever I brewed it for any less I thought that it tasted incredibly weak, and that whenever I brewed it for any longer that it tasted extremely sour and bitter.

It’s taste.

I absolutely loved it’s taste, as even though it contained Apple Pieces, Rosehip, Hibiscus, Orange Peel, Sprinkles, Sugar, Carnauba Wax, Gum Arabic, Curcumin, Anthocyanins, Titanium Dioxide, Potassium Aluminium Silicate, Sumac Berries, Lemon Peel, and Natural Flavouring, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly boozy and fizzy Orange taste to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of Buck’s Fizz on a freezing cold Christmas Morning.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a massive resealable Paper Pouch which meant that all of the Tea Leaves stayed extremely fresh and didn’t lose any of their delicious flavour.

It’s brewing time.

It said that you were supposed to brew this for three minutes at 80ºC, which I thought was the perfect amount of time, as whenever I brewed it for any less I thought that it basically tasted of nothing, and that whenever I brewed it for any more that it tasted incredibly sour and bitter.

It’s taste.

I really liked it’s taste, as even though it contained Chinese Ti Guan Yin Oolong, Apple Pieces, Chinese Sencha Green Tea, Elderflower, Hibiscus, Freeze Dried Peach, Rosehip, Orange Peel, and Natural Flavouring, I thought that it had a very delicate fruity and floral yet ever so slightly fizzy Peach taste to it that kind of reminded me of being sat outside of a Cocktail Bar drinking a freshly made Peach Bellini on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a massive resealable Paper Pouch which meant that all of the Tea Leaves stayed extremely fresh and didn’t lose any of their delicious flavour.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Bird & Blend Tea Company Buck’s Fizz Loose Leaf Tea a nine out of ten, and the Bird & Blend Tea Company Peach & Elderflower Bellini Loose Leaf Tea an eight out of ten. I really liked the Bird & Blend Tea Company Buck’s Fizz Loose Leaf Tea, as I absolutely loved it’s brewing time, it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly boozy and fizzy Orange taste, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was also available as a Teabag too. I really liked the Bird & Blend Tea Company Peach & Elderflower Bellini Loose Leaf Tea, as I absolutely loved it’s very delicate fruity and floral yet ever so slightly fizzy Peach taste, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had tasted a little bit more of Elderflower. I also thought that both of these would be great to Cold Brew with during the Summer, especially brewed in either Lemonade or some kind of Sparkling Wine.
