One of my favourite things to do whilst everyone is out and I have the House to myself definitely has to be to make a massive Mug of Tea, grab a Packet of Biscuits from the Cupboard, and work my way through the entire Packet whilst watching some really rubbish TV. That’s why when I had heard that Bird & Blend Tea Company had released a Biscuit Tea collection that contains Caramelised Biscuit, Cookies & Cream, Custard Cream, and Jammy Dodgers, I obviously had to hop on to their Website and check them all out. Well after checking everything out, I eventually picked up a Pouch of the Caramelised Biscuit Loose Leaf Tea, and a Pouch of the Jammy Dodgers Loose Leaf Tea, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

A melt in the mouth Caramel delight, inspired by one of our favourite Biscuits!
Now, we all love dunking one of these wonders in tea, but how about actual Caramel Biscuit flavoured Tea? Now that’s surely a winner! This Loose Leaf Black Tea blend has to be tried to be believed, dunking extra Biccies optional, but always encouraged.
The Bird & Blend Tea Company Jammy Dodgers Loose Leaf Tea.
Who doesn’t love a Jammie Dodger? This classic British Cookie is said to have been inspired by Roger the Dodger from the classic Beano comics, and we have to say he was a bit Jammie!
A fabulous Fruit Tea, with Oat Flowering Tops in it to really give those biscuity notes, the perfect way to sip your favourite Tea Time Snack!

The Bird & Blend Tea Company Caramelised Biscuit Loose Leaf Tea.
It’s brewing time.
It said that you were supposed to brew this for four minutes at 100ºC, which I thought was the perfect amount of time, as whenever I brewed it for any less I thought that it tasted incredibly weak and basically just tasted of really sweet Water, and that whenever I brewed it for any longer that it tasted extremely sour and just tasted of Black Tea.
It’s taste.
I absolutely loved it’s taste, as even though it contained Indian Assam Tea, Sri Lankan Black Tea, Roasted Dandelion Root, Stevia, and Natural Flavouring, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and caramely yet ever so slightly malty Biscoff taste to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had dunked an entire Packet of Biscoff Biscuits into a massive Mug of Black Tea.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a massive resealable Paper Pouch which meant that all of the Tea Leaves stayed extremely fresh and didn’t lose any of their delicious flavour.

I really liked it’s taste, as even though it contained Rooibos, Oat Flowering Tops, Ashwagandha, and Natural Flavouring, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly malty Jammie Dodger taste to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had dunked an entire Packet of Jammie Dodger Biscuits into a massive Mug of Black Tea.

My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Bird & Blend Tea Company Caramelised Biscuit Loose Leaf Tea a nine out of ten, and the Bird & Blend Tea Company Jammy Dodgers Loose Leaf Tea an eight out of ten. I really liked the Bird & Blend Tea Company Caramelised Biscuit Loose Leaf Tea, as I absolutely loved it’s brewing time, it’s delicious sweet and caramely yet ever so slightly malty Biscoff taste, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was part of their main range. I really liked the Bird & Blend Tea Company Jammy Dodgers Loose Leaf Tea, as I absolutely loved it’s brewing time, it’s delicious sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly malty Jammie Dodger taste, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had tasted a little bit more of Biscuits.
