I absolutely love sitting down on a Sunday Evening to watch some kind of Period Drama, and even though I still haven’t watched it yet, Bridgerton is definitely on my to watch list. That’s why when the guys over at Lush very kindly asked me if I would like to try some of their Lush x Bridgerton range that’s been released to celebrate the launch of the third and final season of Bridgerton, I of course said yes. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Here’s what Lush say about all six delicious smelling products.

The Lush Two Families Bath Bomb.

A beautiful union scent.
Can two such different scents unite in bathing bliss? We believe so. That’s why we’ve married together Chocolate-Orange decadence alongside some lilting Lavender calm. Sandwiched betwixt the two is a harmonising layer of Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter to leave all feeling a little softer. Pop it in together or split them apart, if you dare, to enjoy one to two beautiful Baths.

How to use.

Pick a side, if you dare, or drop in every bit of this beautiful marriage of Lavender refreshment and Yuzu-Cocoa decadence while a filling of creamy Cocoa Butter softens and soothes.

Spritz this Perfume all over your Body and Clothes for a heady, romantic and floral scent with a sweet breeze of refreshing Herbs.

The Lush Colour, Clarity, Carat, Cut Bath Bomb.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Alcohol Denat, Cornstarch, Bergamot Oil, Lemon Myrtle Oil, Benzoin Resinoid, Water, Titanium Dioxide, Talc, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Tin Oxide, Dipropylene Glycol, Citral, Hydroxycitronellol, Limonene, Linalool, Fragrance, Colour 45410:2, Colour 42090, Colour 42090:2, Colour 15850:1, Colour 77491, Colour 77499, and Colour 17200, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and malty yet ever so slightly citrusy Lady Grey Tea scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you brew a massive Mug of Lady Grey Tea.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright Blue all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous bright Pink all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful bright Blue to turn my entire Bath a stunning shimmering Royal Blue colour.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and malty yet ever so slightly citrusy Lady Earl Grey Tea for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Two Families Bath Bomb.

It’s scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Cornstarch, Fair Trade Shea Butter, Lavender Oil, Chamomile Oil, Lavender Absolute, Neroli Oil, Bergamot Oil, Grapefruit Oil, Tonka Absolute, Cocoa Absolute, Yuzu Powder, Lavender Powder, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Almond Oil, Cream Of Tartar, Titanium Dioxide, Water, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Dipropylene Glycol, Coumarin, Limonene, Linalool, Fragrance, Colour 47005:1, Colour 42090, and Colour 45410, I thought that it had a very subtile sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly medicinal Coconut and Lavender scent to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of Coconut Water that’s been garnished with a Sprig of Lavender on a boiling hot Summer’s Day.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful bright Blue all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous bright Yellow all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful bright Blue to turn my entire Bath a stunning bright Green colour. I also really liked that once it had finally finished fizzing and hissing, that it released little pieces of Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Fair Trade Shea Butter, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, and Almond Oil all over the surface of the Water that eventually melted and left behind some really silky soft feeling Water.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of very subtile sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly medicinal Coconut and Lavender for hours after I had used it.

The Lush See And Be Seen Body Wash.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Glycerine, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Water, Fresh Rose Petal Infusion, Cornstarch, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Bicarbonate, Xanthan Gum, Fresh Strawberry Juice, Fragrance, Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose, Pakistani Rose Absolute, Rose Oil, Geranium Oil, Sicilian Lemon Oil, Sodium Carboxymethyl Starch, Citronellol, Coumarin, Geraniol, Limonene, Colour 14700, and Colour 17200, I thought that it had a delicious deep and floral yet ever so slightly fruity Rose scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a massive Jar of some Rose-infused Strawberry Jam.

It’s consistency.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Body Wash, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly slimy, and was more like an incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly slimy Shower Slime rather than a thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Body Wash.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly slimy Shower Slime into a thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly frothy Shower Gel that spread really easily across my Body.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and floral yet ever so slightly fruity Rose for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Plastic Tub with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

The Lush Crème Anglaise Body Lotion.

It’s scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Meadowsweet Infusion, Glycerine, Organic Almond Oil, Propylene Glycol, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Fresh Rose Petal Infusion, Organic Jojoba Oil, Stearic Acid, Tiger Lily Extract, Organic Avocado Oil, Sacha Inchi Oil, Organic Cold-Pressed Evening Primrose Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol, Organic Orange Blossom Honey, Triethanolamine, Brazilian Orange Oil, Myrrh Resinoid, Vanilla Absolute, Beeswax, Amyl Cinnamal, Anise Alcohol, Benzyl Salicylate, Coumarin, Eugenol, Limonene, Linalool, and Fragrance, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly resinous Almond and Myrrh scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had drizzled some Myrrh Resinoid over a massive Pot of Almond Yoghurt.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Body Lotion, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and gloopy yet ever so slightly oily, and was more like an incredibly thick and gloopy yet ever so slightly oily Body Butter rather than a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Body Lotion.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and gloopy yet ever so slightly oily Body Butter into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Body Soufflé that sank into my Skin within a couple of minutes. I would however say that less is definitely more with this one though, as if you apply more than a Tablespoon of it to your entire Body, you’ll probably be sat there for at least twenty five minutes if not more just waiting for it to sink into your Skin.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, soothed, plump, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly resinous Almond and Myrrh for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Plastic Tub with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

The Lush Bee Body Balm.

It’s scent.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Cornstarch, Organic Illipe Butter, Fair Trade Organic Mango Butter, Almond Oil, Fragrance, Organic Rose Hip Oil, Brazilian Orange Oil, Bergamot Oil, Amyl Cinnamal, Citral, Citronellol, Geraniol, Hydroxy Citronellol, Limonene, and Linalool, I thought that it had a very overwhelming sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly milky Honey scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a massive Jar of some out of date Honey.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had slightly warmed it between my Hands and had started to massage it into my Skin, it started to release lots of incredibly thick and oily yet ever so slightly creamy Body Lotion all over my Body that sank into my Skin within a matter of minutes.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it smelling of very overwhelming sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly milky Honey for at least an hour after I had used it.

The Lush Lush | Bridgerton Perfume.

It’s scent.

I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Organic Alcohol Denat, Fragrance, Water, Limonene, Glycerine, Ylang Ylang Oil, Rose Oil, Rosemary Oil, Mint Absolute, Jasmine Absolute, Sage Oil, Amyl Cinnamal, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Cinnamate, Benzyl Salicylate, Cinnamal, Cinnamyl Alcohol, Citral, Citronellol, Coumarin, Eugenol, Farnesol, Geraniol, Hydroxy Citronellol, IsoEugenol, and Linalool, I thought that it had a delicious herbal and floral yet ever so slightly sweet Sage scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you walk into a Greenhouse whilst holding a Bouquet of freshly picked Flowers.

It’s longevity.

I really liked how long this lasted on my Skin, as I sprayed a little bit of it on to my Wrists and Neck when I was getting ready at about eight o’clock in the Morning, and I could still strongly smell it on my Skin when I sat down to have my Dinner at about five-thirty in the Evening.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a really thick rectangular Glass Perfume Bottle with a Black metallic Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Lush Colour, Clarity, Carat, Cut Bath Bomb a nine out of ten, the Lush Two Families Bath Bomb an eight out of ten, the Lush See And Be Seen Body Wash a nine out of ten, the Lush Crème Anglaise Body Lotion an eight out of ten, the Lush Bee Body Balm a six out of ten, and the Lush | Bridgerton Perfume an eight out of ten. I really liked the Lush Colour, Clarity, Carat, Cut Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and malty yet ever so slightly citrusy Lady Grey Tea scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it was part of their main range. I really liked the Lush Two Families Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s very subtile sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly medicinal Coconut and Lavender scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just don’t think combining Deep Sleep and Yuzu & Cocoa worked that well. I really liked the Lush See And Be See Body Wash, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly fruity Rose scent, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I think that it just needed to be called a Shower Slime instead of a Body Wash. I really liked the Lush Crème Anglaise Body Lotion, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly resinous Almond and Myrrh scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it hadn’t contained Tiger Lily Extract as it doesn’t really do anything for my Skin. I really liked the Lush Bee Body Balm, as I absolutely loved what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very overwhelming sweet and fruity yet ever so slightly milky Honey scent. I really liked the Lush | Bridgerton Perfume, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious herbal and floral yet ever so slightly sweet Sage scent, it’s longevity, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had contained a little bit more Mint Absolute to round it off a little.
