One of the ways that I keep my Skin looking so glowing and radiant is to use some kind of high-potency Vitamin C Serum in my Morning Skincare Routine, as not only does it protect my Skin from things like Free Radicals and Pollution, but it also leaves it looking extremely glowing and radiant all day long too. Unfortunately though, a decent Vitamin C Serum isn’t that cheap or easy to find, which means that i’m always on the lookout for a high strength Vitamin C Serum that doesn’t break the bank. That’s why when I saw that Nadine Baggott had released a The Complete Winter Skincare Edit in collaboration with Superdrug that contained a Bottle of their Vitamin C Super Booster whilst I was scrolling through their Website a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Our Vitamin C Super Booster has been developed to help improve the appearance of Dark Spots and revive the Skin’s complexion after just four weeks of use. Infused with 10% Vitamin C and 1% Ferulic Acid.

It’s scent.
I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid, Propylene Glycol, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Hydroxyacetophenone, Phenoxyethanol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Trideceth-9, Fragrance, Disodium EDTA, Ethylhexylglycerin, Ferulic Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Butylene Glycol, Kakadu Plum Fruit Extract, and Alcohol Denat, I thought that it had a very strange deep and musky yet ever so slightly meaty Ham scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a massive Packet of Wafer-Thin Ham.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Super Booster, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy, and was more like an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Micellar Water rather than a thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Super Booster.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Micellar Water into a thin and lightweight yet ever so slightly watery Vitamin C Serum that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, a little bit brighter and much healthier for hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Plastic Bottle with a Pump Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Superdrug Vitamin C Super Booster a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of it’s very strange deep and musky yet ever so slightly meaty Ham scent.
