I absolutely love using some kind of Vitamin C product in my Skincare Routine, as not only does it leave my Skin looking extremely glowing and much brighter, but it also protects it from all of the External Aggressors and Pollution that my Skin comes into contact with throughout the day. That’s why when I saw that Garnier had released a Vitamin C range that contains a 3.5% Vitamin C Green Science formula whilst I was scrolling through Superdrug’s Website a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well after checking everything out, I eventually picked up a SkinActive Vitamin C Sheet Mask, a Bottle of the Vitamin C Anti-Dark Spot & Brightening Serum, and a Jar of the Vitamin C Brightening Day Cream, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.

The Garnier SkinActive Vitamin C Sheet Mask.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, AMmonium Polyacryloyldimethyl Taurate, Ascorbyl Glucoside, Biosaccharide Gum-1, Citric Acid, Citronellol, Lemon Fruit Extract, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Hydroxyacetophenone, Isopropyl Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Linalool, Mannose, Niacinamide, Phenoxyethanol, Phenylethyl Resorcinol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Xanthan Gum, and Fragrance, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sour Orange scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a massive Carton of Orange Juice.

It’s material.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s material, as even though this was made out of a very thick and soft Microfibre Tissue that felt incredibly soft against my Skin, I unfortunately found that it had managed to rip quite a lot when I had removed it from it’s packaging, especially around the Forehead, Nose and Chin areas.

It’s size.

I wasn’t really a massive fan of it’s size, as even though this managed to fit me perfectly around the Forehead and Mouth areas, I found that I had to stretch it quite a lot around the Eye and Nose areas to make it properly fit my Face.

What it did when I used it.

I absolutely loved what this did when I used it, as once I had removed it from it’s packaging and had smoothed it across my Face, it started to release lots of thin and gelatinous yet ever so slightly balmy Facial Serum that set within a matter of seconds and securely stuck the Microfibre Tissue to my Face so that I could move around without worrying that it was going to fall off.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, a little bit brighter, a little bit younger and much healthier for at least an entire 24 hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a very secure Plastic Pouch that as well as keeping the Mask really fresh until I was ready to use it, also meant that none of it’s Serum leaked anywhere.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Glycerin, Alcohol, Dipropylene Glycol, Butylene Glycol, Niacinamide, PEG/PPG/Polybutylene, Glycol-8/5/3, Glycerin, Hydroxyethylpiperazine, Ethane Sulfonic Acid, Bis-Peg-18 Methyl Ether, Dimethyl Silane, Isononyl Isononanoate, 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid , Yuzu Fruit Extract, Lemon Fruit Extract, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Adenosine, Phenylethyl Resorcinol, Ammonium, Polyacryloyldimethyl Taurate, Disodium EDTa, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Xanthan Gum, Oxothiazolidinecarboxylic Acid, Tocopherol, Tocopherol Acetate, Salicylic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Linalool, Geraniol, Limonene, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Salicylate, and Fragrance, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and floral yet ever so slightly zesty yet ever so slightly sour Orange scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a massive Carton of Orange Juice.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Vitamin C Serum, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly oily, and was more like an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly oily Facial Oil rather than a thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Facial Serum.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly oily Facial Oil into a thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Facial Serum that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, a little bit brighter, a little bit younger and much healthier for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Glass Bottle with a Rubber Pipette Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

The Garnier Vitamin C Brightening Day Cream.

It’s scent.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Dicaprylyl Ether, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Jojoba Seed Oil, Propanediol, Glyceryl Stearate Citrate, Glyceryl Stearate, Pentylene Glycol, Argan Kernel Oil, Aloe Vera Leaf Juice Powder, Grapefruit Fruit Extract, Calcium PCA, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Sodium Phytate, Arginine, Alcohol, Ascorbyl Glucoside, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum, Tocopherol, Salicylic Acid, Mica, Linalool, Geraniol, Limonene, Citral, Benzyl Alcohol, Fragrance, and CI 77891, I thought that it had a delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sour Orange scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a massive Carton of Orange Juice.

It’s consistency.

I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Day Cream, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily, and was more like an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Night Cream rather than a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Day Cream.

What it did when I used it.

I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Night Cream into a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Day Cream that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds.

It’s results.

I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, hydrated and intensely moisturised, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, a little bit brighter, a little bit younger and much healthier for hours after I had used it.

It’s packaging.

I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Glass Jar with a Plastic screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

My overall thoughts.

Overall I would have to rate the Garnier SkinActive Vitamin C Sheet Mask an eight out of ten, the Garnier Vitamin C Anti-Dark Spot & Brightening Serum a nine out of ten, and the Garnier Vitamin C Brightening Day Cream a nine point five out of ten. I really liked the Garnier SkinActive Vitamin C Sheet Mask, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sour Orange scent, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wasn’t a massive fan of that it’s material managed to rip so much when I had removed it from it’s packaging and that I also had to stretch it quite a lot around the Eye and Nose areas to make it properly fit my Face. I really liked the Garnier Vitamin C Anti-Dark Spot & Brightening Serum, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sour Orange scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had contained a much higher percentage of Vitamin C. I really liked the Garnier Vitamin C Brightening Day Cream, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious fresh and zesty yet ever so slightly sour Orange scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had come in a much bigger Jar.
