During Winter when it’s freezing cold outside, there’s nothing better than a nice, piping hot Cup of Tea when you get in from a long, hard day. That’s why when I had heard that Bird & Blend Tea Company had released a Christmas 2025 collection, which includes Gingerbread Chai, Irish Cream, Little Miss Christmas, Mulled Cider, Snowball, and Starry Night, I obviously had to pop down to my local Bird & Blend Tea Company store and check everything out. Well after checking everything out, I eventually picked up an Irish Cream Tea Bag Gift, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

It said that you were supposed to brew it for four minutes at 100ºC, which I thought was the perfect amount of time, as whenever I brewed it for any less I thought that it tasted incredibly weak and basically just tasted of really sweet Sugar Water, and that whenever I brewed it for any longer that it tasted extremely bitter and just tasted of Roasted Dandelion Root.
It’s taste.
I absolutely loved it’s taste, as even though it contained Rooibos, Cocoa Shells, Coffee Beans, Roasted Dandelion Root, and Natural Flavouring, I thought that it had a delicious deep and creamy yet ever so slightly malty Irish Cream taste to it that kind of reminded me of drinking a massive Glass of Irish Cream Liqueur on a freezing cold Winter’s Night.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a very thick Cardboard Box that kept all of the Teabags really fresh until I was ready to use one of them.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Bird & Blend Tea Company Irish Cream Tea Bag Gift a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s brewing time, it’s delicious deep and creamy yet ever so slightly malty Irish Cream taste, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had tasted a little bit more of Cocoa Shell and Coffee Beans.
