I absolutely love using some kind of Hyaluronic Acid Serum in my Skincare Routine, as I really like how silky soft, plump, bouncy and hydrated it leaves my Skin feeling. The problem however is that most Hyaluronic Acid Serums tend to leave my Skin feeling really sticky for at least tenn minutes after i’ve used it, which means that i’m always on the look out for one that doesn’t leave me feeling sticky or tacky. That’s why when I saw that Beauty Bay had released a The Hydration Edit that contained a Bottle of The INKEY List Hyaluronic Acid Serum that claims to be a non-sticky and non-tacky Hyaluronic Acid Serum whilst I was scrolling through Instagram a couple of weeks ago, I obviously had to pick it up. Well i’ve been using it for a little while now, and i thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

Here’s what The INKEY List say about their Hyaluronic Acid Serum.
A non-tacky hydrating super Serum.
Our #1 bestseller, this is a daily essential for every Routine and helps your other Skincare work harder. Clinically proven to deliver instant and lasting hydration, this non-tacky hydrating Serum leaves Skin feeling plump, smooth and healthy.
Formulated with 2% Multi-Molecular Hyaluronic Acid, this powerful moisture-binding ingredient can hold up to 1000 times its weight in Water, which is essential for maintaining Skin hydration and plumpness. Lightweight and rapidly absorbed on contact with the Skin, the combination of high and low Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid helps the Serum deliver hydration across multiple layers of the Skin’s surface.
Suitable for all Skin types, we love it for its non-sticky or tacky texture. It glides on and instantly melts into the Skin leaving you with a hydrated, dewy Base. Helping to combat dry Skin, improve the appearance of Fine Lines and helps maintain an effective Skin Barrier, it’s a must-have for every Skincare Routine.

It’s scent.
I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Water, Propanediol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/Vp Copolymer, Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, Hyaluronic Acid, Carbomer, Sodium Lactate, Polysorbate 20, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, and Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and nutty yet ever so slightly creamy Cornflake scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you pour some Milk over a massive Bowl of Cornflakes.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Hyaluronic Acid Serum, I thought that it felt incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly oily, and was more like an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Cleansing Milk rather than a thin and watery yet ever so slightly gelatinous Hyaluronic Acid Serum.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thin and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Cleansing Milk into a thin and oily yet ever so slightly creamy Facial Oil that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, soothed, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant and much healthier for hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Plastic Bottle with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate The INKEY List Hyalurronic Acid Serum a nine out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and nutty yet ever so slightly creamy Cornflake scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was available in a much bigger Bottle, as 30ml of a Hyaluronic Acid Serum doesn’t last that long, especially if you’re using it Morning and Evening like you’re supposed to do.
