Even though i’m not really a massive fan of their Skincare, as most of it just doesn’t work for my Skin type, I do actually quite like using some of Lush’s Face Masks, as they usually give quite good results given that most of them could be very easily whipped up in your Kitchen. That’s why when I had heard that they had released a range of new and returning Face Masks, including Ayesha, Cosmetic Warrior, Matcha, Skin Soothing Porridge, and Turmeric, I obviously had to pop down to my local Lush store and check everything out. Well after giving everything a good sniff, I eventually picked up a Tub of Cosmetic Warrior Face & Body Mask, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.

How to use.

This Mask is made fresh and reaches you fresh so you can get the most benefit from the beautiful ingredients inside and is best used within four months.
It’s scent.
I really liked it’s scent, as even though it contained Fennel and Lemongrass Extracted In Honey, Kaolin, Linseed Muslein Leaf and Saffron Decoction, Talc, Garlic & Grapes Extracted In Honey, Cornstarch, Fresh Lemon Infusion, Wheatgerm Oil, Bentone Gel, Bergamot Oil, Litsea Cubeba Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Glycerine, Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Avocado Oil, Organic Cold-Pressed Evening Primrose Oil, Almond Oil, Fresh Aloe Vera Gel, Fresh Lemon Juice, Fresh Papaya Juice, Turmeric Powder, Water, Stearic Acid, Propylene Glycol, Triethanolamine, Cetearyl Alcohol, Citral, Geraniol, Limonene, and Linalool, I thought that it had a delicious deep and zesty yet ever so slightly medicinal Lemon and Tea Tree scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had poured an entire “Bottle of Tea Tree Oil over some Preserved Lemons.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Face & Body Mask, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and gloopy yet ever so slightly oily, and was more like an incredibly thick and gloopy yet ever so slightly oily Styling Paste rather than a thin and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Face & Body Mask.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and gloopy yet ever so slightly oily Styling Paste into a thick and creamy yet ever so slightly oily Face & Body Mask that set within a matter of seconds.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, refreshed, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it looking extremely glowing, radiant, clear and much healthier for at least an entire 24 hours after I had used it. I also really liked that it didn’t manage to irritate the Patches of Eczema that I get underneath my Eyes.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a short cylindrical Black Plastic Tub with a screw top Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Lush Cosmetic Warrior Face & Body Mask an eight point five out of ten. I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and zesty yet ever so slightly medicinal Lemon and Tea Tree scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it hadn’t contained Garlic, as I don’t really see the point of it being included in a Face Mask.
