One of my favourite products from Lush definitely has to be their Shower Gels, as even though they’re a little bit on the pricey side, I think that you get a lot of bang for your Buck out of them. That’s why when they very kindly asked me if I would like to try some of their x Community Shower Gel 2024 range that contains six limited edition Shower Gels that have been chosen by the Lush Discord Community, I of course said yes. Well i’ve been using them for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of them.
Here’s what Lush say about all three delicious smelling products.

Lather under a Lime and Oakmoss Waterfall.

You just had to come back for more didn’t you? We don’t blame you, we can’t stop creating mouth-watering products with this iconic scent. A Fragrance that’s so scrumptious smelling you might just pop! This a-maize-ingly delectable aroma is guaranteed to hit your Sweet Spot.
How to use.
Lather up in Polenta-Infused suds, gently removing Dirt from the surface of your Skin for a healthy glow, worthy of a Tony Award. Rinse and resume your Shower Karaoke performance, your Fans are waiting!
The Lush Sultana Shower Gel.
A sweet, cleansing Punch.
Squeeze the day with a Fruit Cocktail of Infusions. Rejuvenating Apricot Infusion joins Vitamin-rich Currants and Cranberries to create a sweet, cleansing Punch. A triple fruity dose of sweet Apricot, Currant and Cranberry Infusions revs up the Skin, with Vitamins A & C while offering a refreshing, cleansing touch.
How to use.
Pop in the Shower and lather up with Nature’s Bounty. Rinse revived and raring to go.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Glycerine, Water, Oakmoss Infusion, Cypress Leaf Infusion, Lauryl Betaine, Fragrance, Fresh Lime Juice, Cypress Oil, Lime Oil, Oakmoss Absolute, Moringa Oil, Lactic Acid, Amyl Cinnamal, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Salicylate, Cinnamyl Alcohol, Citral, Citronellol, Oakmoss Extract, Geraniol, Hydroxycitronellol, Limonene, Linalool, Colour 59040, and Colour 42090, I thought that it had a delicious deep and grassy yet ever so slightly zesty Oakmoss scent to it that kind of reminded me of walking through a very mossy and muddy Forest after it’s just finished raining.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Shower Gel, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly oily, and was more like an incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly oily Gel Face Wash rather than a thin and gelatinous yet ever so slightly watery Shower Gel.,
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly oily Gel Face Wash into a thin and frothy yet ever so slightly creamy Shower Gel that spread really easily across my Body.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy, moisturised and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious deep and grassy yet ever so slightly zesty Oakmoss for hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked its packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Recycled Plastic Bottle with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Glycerine, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Water, Fine Sea Salt, Polenta Infusion, Calcium Lactate Gluconate, Lauryl Betaine, Fragrance, Lactic Acid, Gardenia Extract, Titanium Dioxide, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Tin Oxide, and Iron Oxides, I thought that it had a delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly fruity Sweet & Salty Popcorn scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had poured an entire Bag of Sweet & Salty Popcorn into a massive Bowl of Banana Bread Mixture.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Shower Gel, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous, and was more like an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous Shower Cream rather than a thin and gelatinous yet ever so slightly watery Shower Gel.

I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Glycerine, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Apricot Infusion, Currant Infusion, Cranberry Infusion, Calcium Lactate Gluconate, Fine Sea Salt, Lauryl Betaine, Fragrance, Lactic Acid, Olibanum Oil, Bergamot Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Hexylcinnamal, Limonene, and Linalool, I thought that it had a delicious deep and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Currant scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you soak some Currants to make a Fruit Cake.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Shower Gel, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous, and was more like an incredibly thick and creamy yet ever so slightly gelatinous Shower Cream rather than a thin and gelatinous yet ever so slightly watery Shower Gel.

My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Lush Guardian of the Forest Shower Gel a nine point five out of ten, the Lush Let The Good Times Roll Shower Gel an eight point five out of ten, and the Lush Sultana Shower Gel a nine out of ten. I really liked the Lush Guardian of the Forest Shower Gel, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and grassy yet ever so slightly zesty Oakmoss scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it was part of their main range. I really liked the Lush Let The Good Times Roll Shower Gel, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sweet and creamy yet ever so slightly fruity Sweet & Salty Popcorn scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Salt to cut through some of the sweetness from the Polenta Infusion. I really liked the Lush Sultana Shower Gel, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious deep and fruity yet ever so slightly creamy Currant scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it had smelt a little bit more of Apricot, Cranberry, and Currant.
