One of my favourite things to do during December definitely has to be to curl up under a Heated Throw with a nice mug of Hot Chocolate and watch some kind of Christmas film, like Elf, The Grinch, or The Muppets Christmas Carol. That’s why when the guys over at Lush very kindly asked me if I would like to try some of their Lush x The Grinch range that’s been created to show people that Christmas is more about connection, joy and showing people that you care about them rather than what you can buy them, I of course said yes. Well I’ve been using it for a little while now, and I thought that I would tell you what I thought of it.
Here’s what Lush say about all three delicious smelling products.

The Lush The Grinch Bath Bomb.
It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Cornstarch, Fragrance, Litsea Cubeba Oil, Tagetes Oil, Pink Grapefruit Oil, Patchouli Oil, Spearmint Oil, Water, Sodium Coco-Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Beta-Caryophyllene, Carvone, Citral, Limonene, Colour 47005:1, Colour 42090:2, Colour 45350, and Colour 59040, I thought that it had a delicious sour and fruity yet ever so slightly herbal Sour Green Apple scent to it that kind of reminded me of eating a Fizzy Sour Apple Sweet whilst walking through a Forest on a freezing cold Winter’s Day.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once it hit the Water, it fizzed and hissed for a couple of seconds before releasing streams of beautiful Bright Green all over the surface of the Water, and then after a couple more seconds it also released streams of gorgeous Bright Lime Green all over the surface of the Water that eventually blended with the beautiful Bright Green to turn my entire Bath a stunning luminous Lime Green colour.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sour and fruity yet ever so slightly herbal Sour Green Apple for hours after I had used it.

The Lush Sour Grinch Shower Gel.
It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Glycerin, Water, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Fine Sea Salt, Calcium Lactate, Lauryl Betaine, Fragrance, Litsea Cubeba Oil, Tagetes Oil, Pink Grapefruit Oil, Patchouli Oil, Spearmint Oil, Lactic Acid, Cold Pressed Onion Seed Oil, Fresh Apple Extract, Titanium Dioxide, Propylene Glycol, Beta-Caryophyllene, Carvone, Citral, Limonene, Linalool, Methyl Salicylate, Rose Ketones, Colour 47005:1, Colour 19140, Colour 42090:2, and Colour 59040, I thought that it had a delicious sour and fruity yet ever so slightly herbal Sour Green Apple scent to it that kind of reminded me of if someone had poured a massive Jug of Apple Juice over an entire Packet of Fizzy Sour Apple Sweets.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Shower Gel, I thought that it felt incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly oily, and was more like an incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly oily Jelly Face Mask rather than a thin and watery yet ever so slightly gelatinous Shower Gel.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and gelatinous yet ever so slightly oily Jelly Face Mask into a thin and oily yet ever so slightly frothy Shower Gel that spread really easily across my Body.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sour and fruity yet ever so slightly herbal Sour Green Apple for hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came in a tall cylindrical Clear Plastic Bottle with a clickable Lid that looked beautiful sat on my Beauty Shelves.

The Lush Grouchy Grinch Shower Gummy.
It’s scent.
I absolutely loved it’s scent, as even though it contained Glycerin, Water, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Carrageenan Extract, Fragrance, Litsea Cubeba Oil, Tagetes Oil, Pink Grapefruit Oil, Patchouli Oil, Spearmint Oil, Fresh Cabbage Extract, Titanium Dioxide, Beta-Caryophyllene, Carvone, Citral, Limonene, Linalool, Methyl Salicylate, Colour 47005:1, Colour 19140, Colour 42090:2, and Colour 59040, I thought that it had a delicious sour and fruity yet ever so slightly alcoholic Sour Green Apple scent to it that kind of reminded me of the scent you smell whenever you open a Bottle of Apple Sourz Liqueur.
It’s consistency.
I really liked it’s consistency, as even though it was called a Shower Gummy, I thought that it felt incredibly tough and hard yet ever so slightly rubbery, and was more like an incredibly tough and hard yet ever so slightly rubbery Fruit Gum rather than a soft and squishy yet ever so slightly rubbery Shower Gummy.
What it did when I used it.
I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage it into my Skin, it started to release lots of incredibly thin and gelatinous yet ever so slightly oily Shower Gel that spread really easily across my Body. I however wasn’t really a massive fan of that his Head unfortunately snapped off after just one use though, as even though the Gummy had a really cool shape, I just don’t think that it’s Neck was thick enough to securely hold his Head.
It’s results.
I absolutely loved it’s results, as not only did this leave my Skin feeling incredibly squeaky clean, silky soft, smooth, plump, bouncy and intensely hydrated, but it also left it smelling of delicious sour and fruity yet ever so slightly alcoholic Sour Green Apple for hours after I had used it.
It’s packaging.
I really liked it’s packaging, as this came wrapped in a really thick piece of Biodegradable Plastic securely sealed by several Sticky Labels that kept the Shower Gummy really fresh until I was ready to start using it.
My overall thoughts.
Overall I would have to rate the Lush The Grinch Bath Bomb an eight point five out of ten, the Lush Sour Grinch Shower Gel a nine out of ten, and the Lush Grouchy Grinch Shower Gummy an eight out of ten. I really liked the Lush The Grinch Bath Bomb, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sour and fruity yet ever so slightly herbal Sour Green Apple scent, what it did when I used it, and it’s results, but I just wish that it had contained a little bit of Popping Candy so that it had sounded like The Grinch was actually cackling in my Bath. I really liked the Lush Sour Grinch Shower Gel, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sour and fruity yet ever so slightly herbal Sour Green Apple scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that it’s delicious sour and fruity yet ever so slightly herbal Sour Green Apple scent was also available in some other products, like a Body Lotion, a Body Spray, or maybe even a Candle. I really liked the Lush Grouchy Grinch Shower Gummy, as I absolutely loved it’s delicious sour and fruity yet ever so slightly alcoholic Sour Green Apple scent, it’s consistency, what it did when I used it, it’s results, and it’s packaging, but I just wish that his Head hadn’t snapped off after only just one use.
